We’re back! It’s been a strange time for everyone, no new music, no chat on the instas, not even a pretty new photo. But s**ts been going down in the background, all good s**t rest assured. Over this period of how many months we don’t know, we’ve moved to a new flat in our lovely town of Glasgow. Featured on .uzor’s fantastic new journey ‘The AfroScot Experience’ which is something you’ve gotta hear. We’ve met some amazing new friends on the way who will be with us every step of the way, we’re starting to feel like one big family. For you reading this, we’ve been cooking up a batch of new songs and an entire vision that has swallowed us whole, we’re obsessed. Absolutely nothing will be the same for us and we cannot hold our breaths to show you what’s to come. We have some massive months in store for you guys, we have so much to tell, you’ve got no idea!

Hey Everyone,

A quick update.

We wanted to let you know that the show on the 13th of August will be our last as a band.

We’ve had a blast playing live shows, recording with our pals and everything in between, but the heart simply isn’t in it any more. Stuart is heading off to the Conservatoire to study drama and John is working on Del Prez (new music coming very soon).

We’re not saying that we’ll never play music together again, just that we have no plans to in the future. We do however, have plans to release all the Kendama music we’ve recorded as a momento and we’re working that out at the moment.

Thanks for all the love and support throughout, it’s genuinely been a blast.

Hopefully see you at our last show - Endless Summer: KENDAMA + AINAKO + Twist Helix

So many of our HND Music Business students have gone on to do great things after graduation. Here, ex-student Katie Guthrie tells us about her experience:

“Doing the HND in Music Business is the best decision I've ever made, the lecturers are incredibly supportive and have a wealth of knowledge. For my first year graded unit project I started my promotions company Underground Sounds which has now just won Indie Business of the year for a second year in a row. The course really kicked started my career and gave me the confidence to go for opportunities I wouldn't have in the past. I've volunteered with Wide Days and Help Musicians Scotland at the SAY Awards which wouldn't have been possible without Edinburgh College.”

My track ‘Fur Coat Queen’ is the theme tune for this amazing play by Samantha Grierson Schwarz focusing on themes of LQBTQ+ and Autism/ADHD ❤️

Miriam Margolyes stars as Autistic Lead in new play - Kitty by Samantha Grierson Schwarz.

Kitty (Miriam Margolyes) is about to turn 90, and is considering the merits of an autism assessment, whilst having industrial grade plans for Mistletoe production. Rae (Jenny Hulse) her youngest granddaughter is autistic & ADHD and considering IVF. The idea of having a child is providing her with a dilemma about the genetics of autism and what that means to her giving birth, but first she needs to return a friend's ancient campervan to the other side of Scotland… Forbia (Lorraine McIntosh) her corporate career driven sister has just been put on an enforced sabbatical at work in order for her to "regroup" and find herself.. A family road trip… perfect. Breakdowns, meltdowns and showdowns all sprinkled with a little bit of Caledonian magic.. A journey across Scotland like no other...

The "So Crocodile" Trilogy
Kitty is the final play of the "So Crocodile" Trilogy, stories of women in their 30’s, 40's, 50’s and 90's with a later life diagnosis of autism. Crocodile (Heather Peace) and Mole (Sharon Morgan) are also available.
