A time pictures were still king.

This was shot in 2020 in the midst on Covid. It was my first cool shoot after being looked up. My sister is behind the camera and we shot in the field accross our family home. Till this day I really love how these pictures turned out even tho my style evolved. Should I get back to shooting éditorial like content one of these days ?

2022 is coming to an end. And just like that we’ve reached 365 days... This year was so transitional yet full of light, love, important moves and so on. My feelings are mixed. And it reflects in my fashion choices. I was out for stability so I kept it simple but always with that little twist of mine. Here my 10 favorites outfits of 2022. Yeah I was kinda lazy 😂But next year, I am going all out. Be ready 😏. Thank you for sticking with me❤️

That life 🫶🏾

So today I am going to share a bit more than just my usual fashion and lifestyle.

This was taken 2 years ago in my previous home. It took me 4 years to make my first home mine. I loved it. But if I were still contemplating that pink wall that I so dearly miss I would also still feel profoundly unfulfilled. It had been about 4 months I had decided that I was going to start a business.

I had wanted to take the leap for 3 years prior but felt stuck. In a job I didn’t like. And I couldn’t find another job as I didn’t see value in my own profile. I felt that I hadn’t been strategic with my “career” choices. And finding a new job was something I dreaded because of the fear of rejection. My mind was not working in my favor. In the meanwhile I needed a stream of income to afford my mortgage and expenses. So yeah. Stuck, I felt.

Then I got a push from the universe. I got laid-off. Which entitled me to benefits. Pretty good ones for a year and decent ones for another. At the same time, all the work I did as a blogger paid off in the form of a job opportunity that gave # I need : time. Time to dream, project, strategize and perfect what would become

It’s funny how things can change in the course of a couple months or years, if you take the leap, act on your ideas and let life do the rest.
