NVIDIA unveils AI model set to transform humanoid robot development 🤖
Robots powered by GR00T (which stands for Generalist Robot 00 Technology) will be able to understand language, video instructions, and human actions to perform a variety of useful tasks 🦾
AI chipmaker Nvidia is building a comprehensive AI platform for leading humanoid robot companies such as 1X Technologies, Agility Robotics, Apptronik, Boston Dynamics, Figure AI, Fourier Intelligence, Sanctuary AI, Unitree Robotics and XPENG Robotics, among others.
“Building foundation models for general humanoid robots is one of the most exciting problems to solve in AI today,” according to Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of Nvidia.
