My motherhood ins & outs for 2024 📍🦋🤌🏾

In: lots of butterfly kisses, calling in more tribe, random evening walks, more intentional rising with the sun, keeping my word, sacred movement, more juicing, fun workouts, getting lost in the city, getting organized, asking for help, falling in love with content creating again.

out: complaining, excessive screen time, postpartum vibes, anything that drains me, phone calls and texts in the middle of the day.

If I can be honest with you, I have never cooked for thanksgiving and I don’t plan on learning. Manifesting a private chef, but in the meantime in between time we will be fine dinning tomorrow! Wishing you all a very happy thanksgiving, for all that celebrate. 🍽 Gratitude is the attitude.

Virgo Moms
Happy Virgo season! Let's talk about you, Virgo momma! You're the mother that serves. Your home is clean, and your schedules are color-coded. To ensure everyone's activities are accounted for, you likely have a shared google doc calendar amongst your family. If technology isn't your thing, then you definitely have a dry-erase board directing your family unit on the daily. Your favorite thing is probably to place your kids in a line and create a conveyer belt of arms to get a job done. Never fear; Virgo momma is the one to turn to when an obstacle seems insurmountable. You hatch a plan and direct the show down to every last detail.
You counsel your children with practical guidance and high expectations, and you know your kiddos and family can achieve anything with a solid plan.
You're a problem-solver, and you pick up everyone's slack. You know as well as the rest of us that when you want something done right, you just have to do it yourself! Virgo mom, it can be difficult to let up from the reigns but try to remember that perfection is not attainable on the first try. Don't underestimate your kids and their capabilities. If they want to try something their way or take a new route, let it happen and see what you both learn from the experience.
Amongst the chaos you're trying to control, remember that a clean home and homework help are not the only ways to show you care. Sometimes spontaneous moments and deep talks can unlock pieces of your children you didn't know were there. Not every problem has a solution, and that's okay Virgo momma. A good deep breath can heal more than any number of sticky notes or Marie Kondo-ed closets.

What I’m looking for in life … is fulfillment.

When I think about all of the mamas I’ve had the pleasure of working with for Mom Crush Monday - The ones that truly glow are the ones that live their lives in a way that truly works for them.

We can spend far too much time on the wrong things. We chase after other people’s ideas of success only to be disappointed and overwhelmed in the long run. We try to mimic the happiness of others and we often find that it isn’t right for us.

There’s something to be said for living by your own rules and figuring out your own fulfillment blueprint. No one can do this for you. It’s a solo journey that requires you to be honest about your desires and to be bold in pursuing them.

We’re almost halfway through 2022, let’s get bold.

Ya girl is busy. You know that if you've been here for longer than a minute. I don’t have time to slow down nor would I if I could, so I need products that follow my lead. After baby number two, I finally understand the mom chatter about bladder leaks when you sneeze or are doing jumping jacks. It's the last thing I want to worry about so I found a solution. is easy to keep on hand, so I don’t have to slow down before taking over the world. I prefer the Ultra-Thin because they are 50% thinner while staying 10x drier than the leading period pad. to get it all done, so I always have one on hand.
