Across two days, we busted the dark arts of scheduling and budgeting. Explored and navigated our way through all the essential elements of the software, and by the end of each day, every single person in the room could navigate their way around the programmes and practically create a schedule and/or budget from scratch. We train television professionals around the UK to help bring new talent into the TV industry. We also advise clients on strategies to win commissions. The co-founders of Grand Scheme are Graham Smith and Mark Robson, two extremely experienced and knowledgeable television professionals. They have an award-winning track record in the development, production and commissioning of content for Television, Radio and Online. The company was set up with help from Tony Orsten, former managing director of the Paramount UK Partnership and chief executive of Abu Dhabi initiative TwoFour54. The company office manager is Hollie Ebdon.
