It’s been a while - quite a while - since In The Basement With The Dancing Monk last assailed your ears. This hasn’t been down to laziness. On the contrary, I’ve been involved in a rather exciting new podcasting venture which will be gracing the airwaves later this year.

For now, episode 29 of ITBWTDM features selections from the back catalogue of El Records, including Marden Hill and the James Dean Driving Experience, along with the usual sort of offerings Buddy Holly, Joe Brown and The Searchers from the 50s and 60s vaults. It’s good to be back.
