It’s been year ago today that I was at my mum’s bedside when she took her last breathe 💔

A year gone so fast still feels like it’s been forever

I wish I could just hold you just one more time …

Give you just one more kiss …

Call you to Hear your voice just one more time …

Receive just one more postcard handwritten by you with love …

Hear your laugh just one more time …

But I can’t …

I’ll always cherish all our prescious times we had together for 50 years and a bit

The amazing travel we did together around the world creating unique experiences and memories

The walks 🥾 we did in national parks around the globe

The home cooked meals you made with love

The 100s if not 1000s of photos you and dad took of me … the advantage of being an only child 🤣

Yes as you said you also wanna to be a World traveller 🧳 well you definitely succeed in that

All the chats we had and stories you shared with me about the good old times … could listen to you for hours

At the end this Dementia took over from you and my mum who I knew was no longer there …

But you showed me how to be me and how to love ❤️

I may not have said it often enough but when I said I Love You Mam
you always replied to me that I didn’t have to tell you this as you knew it and that’s was “just” normal

HIT BY THE BUS FEELING 🚌

Life is not always just Roses 🌹 and Moonlight 🌝 …

So after I’ve came back from our whirlwind Holland trip …

I’ve Hit The Bus 🚌 …

Or the Bus hit Me 🤣

I’ve been so out of Wack ..

More being Wacko 😱

Not myself and tired … beyond exhaustion …

There’s only so much you can do and keep on going ain’t the answer ..

I’ve learnt over the years to

LISTEN to MY BODY 💜

Drop in …

And that’s to STOP 🛑 and PAUSE …

When it starts to Break Down …

I’m about to go through another Break Through 💥

But the pain and struggle is real as we are all still Human…

I’ve gained quite bit of weight when I was home as I went back into my old habit of “Emotional Eating”

Yes I took my own responsibility for that as I put it in my mouth 👄

But Having the Tools ⚒️ to get back to my normal self is what keeps me going …

And to deal with Time Travel also called Jet lag …

Change in temperature and climate from 3 degrees in Holland straight into humid Heat wave 🥵 of 35 degrees and dense humidity in Queensland Australia

So I’ve been back on my little juice 🥤 cleanse

Eating clean healthy organic fruit and veggies 🥗

So I dropped about 4 kgs already another 3kgs to go … Yep 7kgs gain is Way too much

Taking my heavy metal detox supplements

Breathing exercises to ground back to Mother Earth 🌍 This IS the KEY 🔑
As Breathwork facilitator myself understanding importance of my own daily practice

This includes Kriya Yoga with Helen Selmeczy 🙏

Yoga and meditation 🧘‍♀️

My Shakti mat to get my blood circulating around my body
My right ankle swells up after flying for long periods especially so many i short time frame ✈️

Being in fresh air

Going for beach 🏖️ walks

Walk in nature even in grass in our garden 🌳

Earthing and Grounding is Vital

Clean water 💦 which has been brought Alive with supplementary drops to regain energy

Be in my Power to say Powerfully NO to things, people, events which is for my higher good

ME time and The art of doing Nothing 💜

Surrender to the fact I just need to go through this energy shift and upgrade ….

Just be Patient and Trust it all will be Ok and even Greater then before …

The cosmic universal energy is shifting till the end of the month as we are in Scorpio shift now

So till end of the month I just Let Go of what No Longer Serves Me

Receive all that’s coming to Me right now and Be Grateful for all I have and I surround myself with 😍

Be Patience and Be Gentle 💜

And Remember …

You can get Off the Bus 🚌 at any time …
