Tonight IMRAM festival presents Heresy Records recording artist Caitríona O'Leary in her new version of Schubert's Winterreise at Smock Alley Theatre in Dublin. Caitríona is joined by band members Alex Roth (guitar), Derek Whyte (bass) and Dylan Lynch (drums). Projection and art direction by Margaret Lonergan. The transliteration into Irish which it will be sung in is by Gabriel Rosenstock. It's an amazing line up and will be a very special event.

This epilogue from Boris Bergmann's "The Richter Scale" commemorates the decease their families and friends. Charles F. Richter, inventor of the Richter Scale for measuring earthquakes said "Earthquake risk could be removed, almost completely, by proper building construction and regulation". It is part of the painful truth that it is mainly the populations of poor countries that are affected by the catastrophic consequences of severe earthquakes.
