Matt Godwin Films I am a creative story teller with real world experience. This allows me to better understand and work more efficiently with others in those positions.

I enjoy challenges that require inventive solutions and working with other creative people to come up with them. In my career, I have found it rewarding to wear different hats from time to time; having been both the director of projects as well as playing supporting roles such as director of photography, editor and more. As a freelance film maker I have dealt directly with clients questions and co

ncerns as well as negotiated the terms of the agreement in the form of contracts. Further, I pride myself on interjecting ”story” into any project I tackle. In this day and age, as video’s uses continue to expand and we are confronted with visual stimulants 24/7, innovative special effects and new techniques, while important, are insufficient. However, today’s audience are still, and always will be, moved by a good story. Lastly, while navigating and adopting to new work environments, positions, and technology, it is my goal to maintain a unique and consistent creative vision and continue to tell stories in the most effective way possible. I am a story teller.
