Got to see Con Air last night. I know I'm biased here because I've had a crush on Rachel Ticotin since the early 1990s when I saw her in Falling Down. But the only thing that I don't like about Con Air, is that he didn't have a bigger role in it. She was hot in that uniform, but was literally handcuffed for about half the film.

If I ever get away from my desk and off my computer tonight, I'm going to watch Con Air. (Which is not Donald Trump's airplane, yet) An excellent action/comedy with Nicholas Cage, John Malcovich, Rachel Ticotin, and many others.

Hollywood Babydoll Sally Field is exactly that. Even in her 60s and perhaps even 70s now, she's never lost her little girly, adorable disposition. But she's also one of the best comedic actresses, if not comedians, of her generation, if not ever. And Smokey and The Bandit is the perfect example of that. Always with a great wisecrack, as well as physical comedy in that film.

Michael Kent: and what did the Oilers do during that time span? 3-7 record, never made it to the AFC Championship game during that span. Warren and Co. just weren't good enough then, just like they weren't good enough in the 70's when they had Dan Pastorini.

Fred Schneider: You are sort of making my point here. Warren Moon was the leader of all those teams and didn't get it done when it was the most important. Doesn't sound like an MVP to me. But still a HOF QB.

Fred Schneider: If you want to argue that homophobia is a bad thing,, you can't just call out people on the right when they use it, but then defend people on the left when they use it, just because you like their politics. Again, if you just go by statistics, you could make a case for just about anyone. But there still isn't a better NFL QB when it came to throwing the football and leading his team down the field, then Dan Marino. Especially when you consider the facts that Dan Marino didn't have a defense or running game, for most of his career. And he still won over 140 games and led the Dolphins to the playoffs 11 times.

Cutno Hunter: I get everyone has their preferences of which QB they like the best. Usually centered on which QB they grew up with. However, there is no place in this universe where Marino was better Favre. Even if you factor in INTs, i’d still take Favre over Marino with all the money on the line.

Brian Bailey: they don't wanna hear that. As a Niners fan, I can tell you there's nothing you can say about our achievements in that era without getting the "stacked team" argument. Nothing we did counts because we were too good... F Y'all. These people want to act like Warren was playing for the first year buccaneers or something those were good teams. Dude still fumbled 18 times and won 8 games. Honestly I don't remember us missing the playoffs from 87-93 but my memory is shaky and I was quite young.

Fred Schneider: I completely agree with you. But in 1991, the Saints won the NFC West and the 49ers missed the NFC Playoffs with a 10-6 record. Joe Montana missed the 91 season with a bad elbow.

As a lot of young NFL fans don't seem to understand: it's not all about the individual stats. It's about what the individual means to their team and how their play impacts their team. Joe Montana unlike Dan Marino and Warren Moon, always played in a balanced offense. He wasn't getting 40 pass attempts a game, unlike Moon and Marino.

Cutno Hunter: Warren Moon was ABSOLUTELY ROBBED of the MVP in 1990 in favor of Montana. Sickening.
Moon was THE BEST QB and clearly better than Joe Montana in 1990.
You’d have no argument to support Montana unless you’re just using “team record”
which everyone knows 49ers were the better team. Put Moon on 49ers in 1990 and Montana on Oilers and see what happens. It’s actually sad how they protected Montana.

Even 30 years ago, would've thought that g**s could get married or there would be an African-American PORUS, female Speaker of the House, African-American, as well as South Asian-American Vice President. It's American diversity and our individualism that makes America great. That's what hates about America.
