Made something out of nothing. These were fun playing the game of attempting to anchor my COM as best as possible. I appreciate finding new moves and then repping them.
Both the unconscious and conscious mind working simultaneously. Finding minor inefficient nuances in the movement and making real time changes creating a more cleaner straighter line.

Shoulder has been feeling really good the past few days.
Haven’t pressed anything or done any overhead stuff in 4 weeks. Longest I’ve gone in the past 7 years of training.
Did 5X5 of double 16kg. clean, snatch combo yesterday along with the 100 swings with @coach_suzy_
Figure snatches aren’t as stressful on the shoulder as much as press’s. So reckon’ I started with those. Feeling good might do some snatches with the 24 today. Can’t do too many reps of those anyways so I may as well.
I need a new camera/phone. This jawn grainy as f**k. But that dragon step to inboard pivot was money. could have followed through a bit more and transitioned it to a step 1 (forward lunge). Meh o well 😏😂
