Ra.H & Dynamo Dreesen - Spacepops (Donato Dozzy Rework)
Starting with the beginning of the night in mind.. Came across this again recently, was obsessed when it came out. Perfect hypnotic minimal deepness. Maybe I’ll bring the actual 12” with me (I probably won’t).

Croft - B.R.B.T
New one from Nottingham based (I think?) Croft who’s put out some really good stuff. Really like this wonky mmml-type thing he has going on.

Aphrohead - Grown Man Cryy
Been playing this in most sets lately. A friend put me on to it a while back. I’d never heard of this alias of Felix Da Housecat. Simple, fun, driving (housey) techno.

Ricardo Villalobos - Koito
Could be one of many Ricardo tracks… Kinda arbitrary picking one, so I’m just going with the most recent thing I got into. Somehow missed the Dependent and Happy release before, so good.

Taylor has been doing our posters for the last couple of years. Our residency at Sneaky Pete’s ended at the end of 2024 and with it the old artwork format. We wanted something new to form our new residency at The Flying Duck and Taylor knew exactly how to make that come to life. Words and pics from herself.

Initial Inspiration:
Initially it was meant to be an underwater-themed poster, I realised the concept didn’t quite connect with the Scottish Highlands as I had hoped. My focus shifted to exploring seaweed-inspired elements, but it didn’t align with the seasonal feel I was aiming for.

The Discovery:
I stumbled upon old Scottish maps, which led me to Scottish archaeology and a journal by Ludovic Maclellan Mann. This introduced me to mysterious Scottish stone balls, some of which are on display at Kelvingrove Gallery.

The Mystery:
Although their purpose remains unknown, these balls sparked my curiosity. Their enigmatic history inspired me to start experimenting and creating a poster for Redstone Press.

Also the nod to redSTONE press was too much for me not to do it

Rhyw’s music can be categorised as techno, but if you want to pin it down to something more specific that term starts to slip and fall away. “Uniquely his” is probably the best descriptor of the sound. All the artists we love have a distinct sound, a palette that identifies them but never at the risk of becoming stale or repeated.

From his earlier works as Cassegrain to now his current form, the sounds have always had bite, something that demands your attention. Rigid metallic sounds made to stretch and fold over one another into loopy rhythms ever shifting gears and energy.

His record label Fever AM, run with partner Mor Elian is his main conduit for curation and creation. Stand out releases from himself, Mor and others featuring Pariah, Ayesha, Peder Mannefelt all define part of Rhyw’s taste for mutant electronics.

Outside of FAM he has released and remixed for labels like Voam, TraTraTrax, 3024 & SSPB.

Just under 3 weeks until Rhyw joins Lewis Lowe for a 5hr B2B at the Flying Duck! Here are some particularly brilliant mixes, songs and live recordings that we revisit constantly.

We’ve been able to make two donations to so far, one from our fundraiser event last year and today from music sales of the tenth release. Totalling £1,993.10 so far.

Thank you to everyone who donated their time, art, skills, space and experience to make this project achievable. For sure the best thing we’ve put our minds to so far.

We’ll check back in a year and see how much more we can donate. So please do keep buying “FEELING EVERYTHING, ALL AT ONCE” on bandcamp. We have physical tapes too!
