Everyone loves a good story! In fact, most of us get pulled into stories in the same way we do with movies. We’re mesmerized by the music, the plots and twists, the characters, the way we’re able to relate and be affected, challenged, inspired, and brought to laughter or tears. This is nothing new! In fact, storytelling has been around for thousands of years! It just so happens that healthy businesses that want to grow and make an impact need to go where the customers are: Online. The most effective way to do this? #TellYourStory (AKA: strategically market)! The caveat is that very few really know how to tell a (good) story, or it’s just too darn unaffordable, and/or it doesn’t produce the promised results.

With Explore Marketing, we bring over 2 decades of solid experience in sales, marketing + social media (including more recently 10 years managing marketing both locally here in Central Oregon to multiple states at a Fortune 100 company), and our goal is to bring you on an adventure to "explore marketing" in a new, exciting and fun way! This is also the reason we’re able to more effectively reach people is because we understand all sides of the equation, not just marketing. In additio, if you’re not having fun, you’ll lose interest and produce similar results.

What we’ve discovered is sometimes one must start at the beginning...something as simple as changing your perception in order to build a solid foundation. For instance, one of our philosophies is: “Marketing is something you ‘get’ to do versus something you ‘have’ to do. Social media, telling your story...running your business...fill in the blank... How great is it that we get to do this for a living?!? (We’ll share more about these foundational philosophies of marketing on our journey together.) It’s like that saying: “Love what you do and you’ll never work another day in your life!” It’s also important that you know that we don’t market “for” you, we market “with” you! Nobody knows your business, products, services, employees, and what gets you up in the morning, and keeps you going (or what keeps you up at night) as well as you do. And no one can fully and authentically replicate this like you can, so we’ll work with you to accomplish your marketing (and sales) goals.
