Feeling all the emotions right now 🥹😭🥰😆 A couple of nights ago we celebrated the amazing year that 2023 was with my .mgmt family, but also farewelled my incredible manager 😭

Being a part of this agency is truly something special, and I thank my lucky stars every day that saw something in little old me a few years back 🥰 And, for Maddy, for being the most phenomenal manager anyone could ever ask for. The past 2 years with you have been incredible, and I’m going to miss you so much. You’ve been behind some of the most exciting career highlights for me, that I could never have dreamed of 🫶🫶🫶
Im so excited for you and for what your future holds 🩵

Can’t wait to see what 2024 has in store for all of us ✨

I initially had only planned to attend 2 of the main days but ended up at all 4, and whilst it was an absolute blast, it is also super exhausting for this Mumma 🤪

Muito bonito 😍 Ria de Aveiro - The Venice of Portugal 💛 Loved our day out, which finished with Phil’s Grandmothers sister bringing these photos of one of the times Phil came here when he was 18 😛 He said he hated it as all he wanted to do was go out but instead he was dragged around to the 1001 churches instead 🤣🤣🤣

Contrary to the first pic, Phil didn’t stop smiling all night 😝 80 of his family members got together for one big beautiful reunion dinner 🫶 I’m slowly learning some Portuguese but far out when they speak a million miles per hour I can’t understand 💩😝😂 Can feel the love in the room though 🧡

📍Old Dubai - Souk Market. I may have had sweat literally dripping off my body in ways I’ve never experienced before in todays 44 degree heat 🥵 but it was worth it to see this Bazaar, the gold, textiles and spices were so vibrant, I’m so glad we visited.

Self-love can be contagious, just as self-hate can be. I am not only a mother to Max and Leo, but I am also a role model, and the way I speak to myself, about myself, and hold myself is seen by them. I am definitely more confident in my own skin now, since becoming a mother, than I ever was before having children, and I want them to see this, and I hope this will be mirrored for them.

I have been wearing Bonds for as long as I can remember and I love how comfortable they are, and that they are such an inclusive brand, AND they are currently having an amazing 40% off 👏🏼 I’m wearing the Retro Rib set and comfy tails 😍

I’ll go first - Leo said to me last night that the only reason I was asked to join the senior women’s soccer team is because they are DESPERATE, but no offence Mum 🤪

Sadly he is right, I can’t play for 💩 Running around a soccer pitch is not my thing, skipping around in pretty dresses on the other hand is 😝
