Attention Diode Communications Email Customers!

UPDATE 12/23: The email issue has been resolved! You may need to reboot your computer and then try logging in. Please call our office if you are still experiencing any issues.

UPDATE: There is a temporary login email customers can use to login to their email. The website is: login.informnet.com/login

Our email provider completed an update, which is causing issues for customers who view their email on a web browser. If you have email setup on your phone, it should still be working and sending/receiving messages. The provider is working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue for customers who view their email on a web browser. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused!
