If you have a job that needs done post it along with your skill you have to offer.
Example
Person one is needing a plumber and can offer to do a painting job of the same value.
Person two is a plumber but needs his yard mowed.
Person 3 posts that he does landscaping and needs a painter.
So person 2 helps person 1
Person 3 helps person 2
Person 1 helps person 3
It’s a win win for everyone.
Always get referrals and make sure to have pictures of previous work you have done.
Contracts can still be done with this kind of agreement.
