I would like you to spend a few moments with the soul code below.
Connect with it visually.
Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to connect with the frequency it has to share with you.
See, sense, feel or imagine the code pulsing, vibrating and expanding out.
See, sense, feel or imagine it now rising up and entering into your heart space.
Then place your hands on your heart space and take a few deep breaths as the code and its frequency expand out lighting up every cell in your body and out till it surrounds you.
Allow you heart and your mind to open up the the soul code and let yourself receive the wisdom and or experience it wants to share with you.

We are at a point in humanity where things are transitioning and progressing exponentially in some areas and stagnating in others.
This has caused such a great divide and so much confusion in the collective we are finding it hard to stand together as one.
The key to coming together is acceptance.
Acceptance of others beliefs and choices.
Acceptance does not equate to compliance and agreeance, it is allowing another to live their life as they choose and in turn you living your life as you choose.
We do not have to agree to accept another's choice.
We do not have to comply with another's beliefs.
By accepting another as they are we provide a space for growth and coming together through mutual respect.
In the end we are only have the power to change our own lives, thoughts and beliefs, not anyone else's.
By choosing acceptance, we choose our selves and we choose unity over separation.
We choose love over hate and create freedom for all to do the same.
Imagine how our world would look if we each welcomed acceptance into our hearts.

Ahhhh!!! as I connect in with you all I feel the need to take a few deep conscious breaths and let go of what you have all been holding tight and connect into the presence of God/the creator whatever it is for you.
So I call on you to just do that right now.

When you are ready close your eyes and take a few deep conscious breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth, letting go of any tightness, thoughts, feelings that have been weighing you down with each out breath.
Do this until you feel the presence of God with you, with in you and let yourself be with God for a few moments.
Fell the calmness, the serenity, the peace, the truth in these moments.
Let you mind be open to receiving anything that God may want to share with you.
Or just be and allow the divine oneness of who you are with God fill and surround you.
Spend as much time as you wish being in these moment of pure divine bliss knowing that this is your truest state of being.
It is who you are and always will be and all you need to do whenever you feel disconnected from it is to take a few moments to take a few conscious breaths and open yourself up to the presence of God.
I know for myself that it is a powerful way for me to bring myself back into clarity, peace and reconnected to God whenever I feel I need to.

These two words hold such a powerful frequency that can drastically change lives, situations, feelings and relationships in an instant.
When you embrace fun and freedom in their full entirety you find peace.
The frequency of fun ignites joy, laughter, acceptance opens you up to not taking life and yourself so seriously. It nourishes and enriches relationships and gives you a new brighter vision of your life and what is possible.
The frequency of fun lightens your heart and in so fosters healing and the letting go of what no longer aligns with what fun has brought into your life.
The frequency of freedom brings forth calmness, peace and self acceptance. It provides you with clarity on what is really important in your life and shows you where you need to reclaim the power you have given away. Take a deep breath in and out and just take a time to connect in with the present moment and with you.
This is the message for this week.
We as humans become so disconnected from ourselves and the present moment that we forget how amazingly powerful we are and that we control the narrative of our lives.
We are so distracted by things, people, events, what others think that we forget that the only voice, opinion, thoughts and actions that are integral to our lives and how it manifests is ours.
So this week remember to pause, take a breath and connect in with your own voice, thoughts, beliefs, desires, feelings, actions and see who you have allowed to control them.
If you find you have allowed others to be in control then this week you have the opportunity to take your control and your power back.
The planetary alignment that is occurring this week provides you with frequency connection that will allow you to make profound changes in short periods of time.

Dear ones,
It is the time to no longer be afraid, to no longer hide in the shadows, to no longer hide the true expression of you.
As daunting as this may sound it is actually simple.
It all comes down to what you choose to think, act and do in every moment of your day and life.
When you choose to be truthful to yourself and others, you choose you.
Choosing you may look like -
Saying no when you are being pressured to say yes.
Sleeping in when your body needs it even though there are a million things you need to do.
Ending a relationship with a friend, loved one or family member that doesn't honour and care for you in the ways in which you know you are deserving of.
Doing your own internal work in order to let go of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, old or negative programs that you know are affecting your ability to be the true expression of yourself.
Nurturing and taking care of your body, the vehicle that makes it possible for you to live this human life.
Your choices have weaved your life into its current existence and is where is where it is today by the choices you have made.
If you choose to embrace this, then you will begin to take control of the trajectory of your life.
So if you want to change your life then you must choose differently.
If you are happy with your life then continue to choose the same.
Your power is in the choices you make and the actions you take based on your choice.
When you truly accept that you are the only person who chooses what you want to think, act and do in life then you are free and can begin to step into and express the true expression of you, which is unconditional, divine LOVE.

Hello beautiful souls and welcome to a new week and to this week's Soul Code Oracle Insight, 12th August 2024.
As I connected into to choose the Soul Code or Codes and to bring through this week's frequency insight the number 3 and it's frequency was shown as being significant.
I am no expert on numerology or astrology, what I do know is that 3 is about communication, unique creative thinking and expression, youthful energy, fun and is associated with the planet Jupiter.
The number 3 for me is also a very magical number.

A Bit About Me.....
It has taken over 40 years to own my truth. I hid it away, sealed nicely in a box and went on my way living life as other thought I should. This began to take its toll and in my final year at university I was emaciated unable to eat but the minimum of foods as my body rejected almost everything I placed in my mouth. I was lost but I kept hiding away and living a half-life.
One chance meeting, well it wasn’t a chance meeting I was told I would meet the man I was going to marry, as I was getting ready to go out that night. I met the man who would become my lover, my best friend, my husband and father to my children. He did not judge me but supported me in discovering myself again. This led me on a path to living my best life.
I began owning my own s**t and changing that which did not serve me.
I also began to write again, something I had done with so much joy as a child. I found my self inspired to write poetry that held a message not only for me but also to those who were drawn to read them.
I became a mother to two beautiful boys who each have their own challenges my eldest with autism and anxiety and my youngest with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADD inattentive and migraines. My life became consumed with challenges and advocacy and tears and joy and love. I got swept up in all this entailed but there was always the voice in my head reminding me that I wasn't living my life to the full. I wasn’t fulfilling my potential.
After a challenging year of supporting my eldest son through year 12 ATAR, and youngest with the challenges he faced I knew enough was enough. It was time for me to no longer sit in the shadows, hiding. My sons showed me what determination, resilience and living your truth really meant.
Inspired I dedicated myself to facing up to and embracing my fears and embodying the truth I had always known and supported me in accepting that I am here to help others reach their potential.
From this place of self-acceptance and empowerment I embodied my intuition, uncovered my truth and opened the door to my divinity.
My service to the world as a Divine Messenger is to support you in reaching your potential through soul codes that act as an anchor and conduit for your own divinity.
It is my absolute honour to be able to serve in this way.
