Two Chinese doctors who were critically ill with COVID-19 have seen their skin turned dark after being brought back from the brink of death.
Dr Yi Fan and Dr Hu Weifeng, both 42, caught the novel coronavirus while treating patients at the Wuhan Central Hospital in January.
Their abnormal skin colour is caused by hormonal imbalances after their livers were damaged by the virus, their doctor told Chinese state media.
Construction of Scotland's temporary coronavirus hospital, NHS Louisa Jordan, has been completed.
The £43m facility at the Scottish Events Campus (SEC) in Glasgow will be ready to receive Covid-19 patients from Monday, if required.
Health Secretary Jeane Freeman revealed the site, at the Scottish Events Campus (SEC) in Glasgow, is equipped and clinically prepared to provide up to 1036 additional beds to support the pandemic response.
Construction began on 31 March after the British Army conducted a feasibility study and work took 18 days to complete.
However, it is hoped the hospital will not be needed, as ongoing lockdown measures are believed to have had an effect on the spread of the virus in Scotland.

Kye Vincent was eight years old when doctors were forced to amputate both of his lower legs, his right hand and part of his left hand, with the infection having spread through his body in less than 24 hours.
The family, from Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire, started crowdfunding so that Kye could fulfil his wish of becoming a "bionic boy". The Star Wars themed artificial arm uses sensors to detect muscle movements and is controlled by tensing as you would to open and close your own biological hand.
