Here's how I started my microdoser morning! SO DELICIOUS! Check it out! 👄

If there was ever a morning to wake and bake 😎, it’s 4/20. But many of us have to work that day, or want to honor the high holiday, but prefer a lighter dose. Here’s the perfect microdoser mocha, courtesy of Mr. Espresso and Garden Society (made by tablehopper / my milligram 👄✨).

As someone who loves her morning espresso ☕️ and a microdose of cannabis 🌿, I came up with this sophisticated, spiced combo that will start your day with a grin. It’s tablehopper’s little helper!

-First, load up your grinder with Mr. Espresso’s oakwood-roasted Neapolitan espresso, a medium-dark roast I adore (get it at bit.ly/NeapolitanNow).

-Get Garden Society’s Calm & Focus high-CBD, milk chocolate-and-chai chocolates 🍫, which only have 1mg of THC and 10mg of CBD per chocolate—you can find them on Sava (www.getsava.com) here in the Bay Area (use code mymilligram). Drop one chocolate in the bottom of your steaming pitcher.

-After you finish pulling your espresso shot, steam your milk 🥛 with the chocolate 🍫 in the bottom of the pitcher, and then pour it over your shot. You can make a cappuccino, Gibraltar, or latte, whatever you prefer! I use Alexandre Family Farm milk for a richer flavor, and if you like a sweeter coffee drink, their ginger-turmeric milk goes amazingly with the chai spices✨ (you can find it at Bi-Rite Market)!

-Don’t want to start your day with a buzz? ⚡️Just make the drink and then put it in the fridge—you can enjoy it in the afternoon at 4:20pm, it’s marvelous cold ❄️!

-You can expect to feel some light, lifted effects in about 45 minutes. Coffee and cannabis are a beloved pairing, and the chai spices only add to the pleasure of this combo!
