Mediaembargo Media company spanning photography and radio. Si Morgan is a 1980s music lover originally from Bridgend, Wales, UK. He is a qualified pharmacist of 12 years.

His love of music grew from an early age through his father, who is obsessed with music. His father has an intimate knowledge of trivia and has appeared on many national radio quiz shows. Rhydian has recently discovered Internet radio and is building up to have his own regular show on Radioembargo. rum and bass to hip hop to indy and classical! When Simon moved out his mum collected two bin bags full of carefully selected mix tapes with flowing genres! Simon attends Download festival every year and one day hopes to obtain a press pass to photograph the huge bands! As well as being an online DJ, Simon is a grade 8 piano player, was Welsh champion for 100/200 backstroke for 5 years, just missed out on a bronze medal in the British Championships twice and qualified for Olympic Trials. He is also a self taught house Dj who has played in clubs around London. He is a semi pro photographer having photographed every event under the sun including weddings, athletic events, protests, portraits, street photography and concert photography which ultimately is his favourite. One of his photographs ‘Cursor Major Fishtank’ was featured in the Guardian newspaper. During his teenage years he was attending gigs twice weekly mostly around Cardiff and Newport. This included Reef, the Prodigy, the Wildhearts, Senser and Skunk Anansie. His first concert was Michael Jackson In Cardiff Arms Park. Some of his favourite gigs have been Fleetwood Mac, Pendulum, Smashing Pumpkins and Flight of the Concords all in Wembley Arena. Simon remembers the best at Download Festival being Avenged Sevenfold in the rain! Simon is heavily into new music and is a massive fan of Cursor Major, The Blunderbuss Press and Oratorio. Simons idea for his own radio station came about from his love for music and concerts but also his love to chat after a couple of glasses of wine!
