Zodra je dat vindt in jezelf is de rest kinderspel 🎨

Stel dat je met instagram gedachtes kon lezen?

Mijn gedachten op dit moment gaat uit naar het tegen komen van de crazyones. De mensen die nieuwsgierig zijn, en zich afvragen of er meer mensen met wie zij zouden kunnen connecten om crazy things mogelijk te maken.

De ervaringen die ik heb mogen opdoen sinds het moment dat ik besloot om mijn inner voice te volgen is nothing less than magical.

Wie weet, jij die dit leest, voel jij ook die magic?
Of is het nog allemaal wazig, maar voel je dat er iets is voor jou? Maar je weet niet wat...

Hoe kom je erdan? Ik zou je zeggen, "ik weet het niet voor jou, dat moet je zelf ontdekken."

Nu afhankelijk hoe nieuwsgierig jij bent, kan ik je wel vertellen wat het was en is voor mij? Wie weet inspireert het je.

Een Team die short-form content kan editten. Wellicht is er een agency die wilt bijdrage aan de positieve ontwikkelingen op Kaapverdië, door short form content te genereren uit de beelden van onze database?

This week, I had the incredible opportunity to meet and collaborate with other organizers! It was an amazing experience. If there's one key takeaway I'd like to share, it's that working at TEDx event can be a powerful fast lane for achieving your goals, especially if your values include serving others and creating value!

With , we got to see what will be possible here in Cape Verde. Hearing and learninf from other event organizer that all started at 100 attendees and have grown to an event of 2500+ people.... 🤯😍

as I look back at all the memories. We are forever grateful, we felt seen by you. A powerhouse, that shows that a lot is possible in one life time. Especially when one expresses a passion for the arts! For everyone visiting Santiago, take the time and experience her culinairy arts at her new hotel & restaurant in Palmareijo.
It is something you have never experienced before, she is knowledgeable about every ingredient and the effect on the body. So her cook is harmonious blend of joy, taste and 🪄 healing magic.♥️

During a meaningful moment, shared the story behind the name of , a name that beautifully combines her grandmother Anália's name and her husband's grandmother, Isabel.

The moment reminded me of the importance of making time for those who connect with us, as we never know when it might be someone's last day.

The picture on her wall (next slide) captures the essence of that moment, where Anabel's is blessed with energy of love and laughter. You can find the brunch spot in Praia, Santiago, at Achada de St. Antao.

Anabel Brunch Spot serves delightful brunches, from pancakes and homemade bagels to Oreo Ice cream rolls, making it a must visit place.

Dankbaar voor een ieder die langs kwam. Prachtig om verhalen te horen en te zien wat mijn oma voor hen betekende.

Al enige tijd kan ik wat ik meemaak, omschrijven als magisch...

Ook bij het "verlies" van Oma...

"Gecondoleerd met het verlies" het zette mij elke keer aan het denken, want 1 van de eerste gedachten, is dat ik niets verloren heb...

Ik voel dat Wat zij is, is hier altijd al geweest. Dat wat zij leefde, is ons allemaal.

Dagelijks ontvang ik tekenen... Ik voel geen verlies, geen gemis. Ik voel kracht in haar keuzes, kracht in het feit dat ik hier sta door de keuzes van degenen die voor ons zijn gekomen.

Soms denk dat ik wat moet doen, om iets voor een ander te betekenen. Echter mijn oma was wie ze was en ik heb mogen ervaren wat het effect was, door te zijn...

De griep periode heeft veel mensen doen beseffen dat er iets moet gebeuren! Voor de mensen die dat kunnen en daar de kracht voor hebben. Het antwoord is altijd liefde ❤️.

Zoals the Great Dick Gregory duidelijk maakte, was dat de civil rights movement about peace and love is ❤️ 🕊.

In zijn boek "Calus on May Soul" gaf hij heel mooi aan dat, toen er grote, gevaarlijke dinosaurussen rondliepen op deze aarde, er ook schildpadden en vlinders waren🐢🦋...

Voor wat je ook wilt doen in deze wereld, wees hard van buiten, zacht van binnen ❤️ en durf je nek uit te steken.

Ik dacht bij mezelf, die stropdas staat me veelste serieus. Alhoewel de suggestie van wel echt on point was!

Ik zag mezelf op allerlei plekken, gek doen in pak, samen met de liefdevolle mensen om mij heen.

Btw, een pak halen bij Twenty6, was echt een toffe ervaring! Ook om het verhaal van Junior te horen. Lachen en viben!

Uiteindelijk, Mom said❤️: "met die stropdas t fcob mooi hoor. Traze bo stropdas nhe fidjo"

What is it that I wanted to share?

I felt something as I was staring at my computer screen.

But there it was, the chattering mind, the doubt…
Should I write in English or in portuguese?

What will people think, for whom and why am I doing this?

As I witness the chatter going on, I ask the question: “Why did you stop?”

Let that what is, just naturally flow.
It Isn't the chattering that was bothering you, it was the inaction.

The seeing is THE action.

So here I am, just opened google docs and started to type.
Just typing.

What will I do with this and what is it that I want to communicate?
Time is valuable, let’s not waste it.

Art doesn't matter when you don't ‘ship’ it.

Qual parte de bo personalidade t aparece, quando o pressão tá te ficar demais?
Escolhas o luz? O bo t bai esconde?

Se nunca bo reflecti sobre isso, Ten possibilidade que , como mim, bo ten tendienca de esconder.

"Esconder" se presente de vários maneiras.

Uma maneira que mim t faze quando me sinto pezado, e andar. Tomar uma air fresko e deixar o pensamento bem livro, sem julgar.

Just realized how much more it takes from me to bring my vision to life...

Para partilhar alguns lesãos..realizei quando mim t corre atrás nhes sonhos, niguem to bai toma responsebilidade dos objectivos que mim consegui o faltar d obter.

Na és percurso te prende tudo dia sobre mim a como lidar com pessoas. E que tudo depende se mim te consegui communicar d uma maneira que t inspira pessoas para se enlistar no visão.

Por que e quase impossível d ensinar uma pessoa conter se vontade. O alternativa e Kel pessoas decedi através do inspiração.

Nhe comprisso e que pessoas que prestem ses atenção com entusiasmo, que em troca eles te toma outros ideas (insights) que ajuda e avança no o que eles deseja.

Mas por isso necessito permissão para engajar. Permissão que e ganhod através sempre estar aí pronto. Pronto para receber feedback, pronto para mudar nhe o ton de nhe messagem, pronto para fazer o que e presizo para realizar o visão.

Por que quando os pessoas me dam se atenção, mim te prende d Kel interação também. E kes lessao sou fundamental na és percurso.

OVERTHINKING: na es percurso, mais e mais mim te reflecti sobre "o que tava pode traze gente valor, que o mesmo tempo e uma coisa que mim t gosta..."

Mas olha hei... I was already overthinking it! So única remedia e just do it...

Não sei quem presizo d ouvir isso, mas nós tudo tem uma razão de viver, mas só pensar no oque vamos fazer, não t ajuda partilhar a sua mensagem...

Só to all the people that overthink from time to time, just do it and share your story.

As I witness the glow of the morning rising. I became aware of the mission. We got here to do something. Mother has cared for us, and just still doing so everyday. When you wake up to yourself and remember who you are, you will see that she has been here all along. Manifesting into signs and people.
Start looking for how you can take care of the people besides you with the gifts that you are blessed with.
Because not everyone is fortunate enough to read what you are reading now.
Although we all have a path, like seeds of a fruit, not seeds will become tree baring fruits...

So what can we do? I think that compassion and a willingness to understand is one of those ways...

I have failed and missed the mark so many times, and Lord knows how many more times I will, but one thing we all can do for ourselves. Is to ask the question: "what can we learn from this?"

Valery vertrok naar Bali in 2019 met alleen een droom...

Ik kijk erg op naar de move die Valery heeft gemaakt. Gewoon haar spullen gepakt en vertrokken naar het buiten, met de ambitie om locatie vrij te leven. Valery, @thepodcastplanners haar droom om vrij te reizen werd in 2019 echt. Zij had zij nog geen businessplan, toch heeft zij een sprong in het diepe gewaagd. Dit gesprek vond rond april 2020 plaats. Het is een tof gesprek en ik kijk uit naar het volgend gesprek om te kijken waar zij nu staat. Ik heb veel in dit gesprek mogen leren. Dank je wel Val!

Het is echt tof om de support te zien! 💜🚀✨ Deze man, ik kan veel zeggen over @tonylsquare en vertellen wat hij allemaal doet. Maar woorden komen te kort om het gevoel te omschrijven. Ik heb enorm veel bewondering voor hem als mens. Wanneer jij weer wilt gaan reizen, raad ik je aan om naar 🇨🇻 te gaan en Tony te gaan bezoekn. ✨

Acceptatie van stilte. 😇✨ Een stilte wat niet geforceerd is, maar de stilte tussen twee gedachtes. Jij bent niet jouw gedachtes.✨ Net zoals het idee om gedachtes te kiezen, stil te houden of wat je ook denkt te kunnen doen met jouw gedachtes, ook een gedachte. Het denken die zichzelf als middelpunt ziet, een middelpunt vanuit waar het gelooft de enigste te zijn.✨ Waar komt het idee van deze middelpunt vandaan? Wat onstaat er in dat centrum? En hoe bereik je het einde wanneer je constant het middelpunt bent? 😁✨
