On Monday, I had an adventure with three amazing women. We had a fabulous dinner at a fabulous restaurant where the food was so good we were giddy. Then we went to see a Heilung ritual which was incredible. We had such a good time, it was the best. Then us mountain folk drove back home exhausted and content. Linda Paddon dropped me off at my driveway, parked her car, went upstairs to her cozy apartment that she loved so much and passed away. I found her there Tuesday evening. She still had her purse on her shoulder. Just gone.

I don't really have the words yet to express how I'm feeling. She had been missing Peter a lot lately. I like to think he just swooped her up and they've gone on some grand adventure because she is gone. I sat there for 7 hours with her talking to paramedics, fireman and sheriff's deputies as well as neighbors, friends and her beloved daughter and she is gone. She does not linger and I don't know what I shall do without her.
