Our Jóhann Jóhannsson's stunning oratorio ‘Drone Mass’ finally gets its long-awaited posthumous release through Deutsche Grammophon - DG on March 18th, 2022. 🖤

Written for voices, strings and electronics, the previously unrecorded ‘Drone Mass’ was commissioned by ACME and originally premiered in the Egyptian Temple of Dendur at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York in 2015.

Now in collaboration with ACME, Theatre of Voices and conductor Paul Hillier, DG will release the recording, digitally and on CD + vinyl.
