Jill and her beautiful horse, Bottle had never tried saddle.
Jill fancied giving it a go, contacted Area 9 and off they went at one of our winter series clinics under the watchful eye of our instructor Penny.
A few months later, Jill is one of our newest members and Bottle is loving his new side hustle as a side saddle horse.

We suspect it may be a busy year for Zoe, Billy and Gingerbread this year. Liz has already ordered an extra trailer load of grooming products.

That’s the Area 9 team back safely north of the wall after a fantastic few days at London International. It was amazing to see so many SSA Members from across the country taking part in the Ladies Show Horse class and great catching up behind the scenes and in the Champagne Bar (you know who you are).
Our Karrie and Reagan had a great show with an amazing 4th in the Small/Lightweight Hunter class but missed out on a place in the Ladies. What an amazing experience though and to see so many ladies strutting their stuff in that London Arena was breathtaking.
Huge congratulations to everyone that made the trip, it’s great to have another date in the calendar where we can all meet up, put faces to names and share our love of side saddle.
