Currently, I am focused on serving the stand up comedian community, but I am willing to branch out if I feel I can provide what you are looking for. What sets Phill Bowen Videography apart from the person with a camcorder at shows is the superior audio quality of my setup. I have 3 microphones to capture the room, and record directly from the soundboard to have your clean stage microphone isolated
. I then mix the sound channels to deliver great clarity and control over your performance audio versus the audience audio. I also am able to zoom tighter in on the performer, and provide post production editing to the video to give you the best looking video possible. I am currently unable to record for more than thirty minutes straight, so headliner sets will have a split second video gap (no audio gap). Headliner sets are priced down from what I would otherwise be charging due to this inconvenience. For best results, I recommend recording take place at a venue that features good stage lighting and a decent sound system (with access to a sound board or PA amplifier). There is only so much I can do to make up for poor lighting or in-house sound. Please put me in contact with a show organizer, manager, sound person, or other person who I can talk to about setting up to record. Some places are more willing than others to allow me the access and space I need to properly set up my equipment.
