Hey! We hope you had an amazing Christmas and New Years!

This Friday is our New Years worship and prayer celebration! Come worship, pray, and fellowship with us. Izzy Wignall, Kara Jones, and Audra Price from Contend Music will be leading worship.

After worship, Izzy will be speaking on "vision" and the importance of keeping our eyes locked into God's calling over our lives.

Contend Indy is a prayer gathering with a heart to bring together lovers of Christ from all parts of the Church to worship and pray together. Whether you are Charismatic, Baptist, Methodist, Roman Catholic -- all are invited to the table. See you Friday!

We were made to worship. God designed us to be creatures of worship and praise, and our destiny is to forever sit before God in His throne-room and worship Him. There is NOTHING more worthy or deserving of your time than worshiping Almighty God, and every second you spend in adoration is an eternal investment with infinite return. Be encouraged, Church!

Contend Music is currently wrapping up production for our new worship project "The Revival".

"There are issues in the American Church that aren't being addressed," says Contend Artist Izzy Wignall. "We keep asking the Lord to 'bring revival,' but what does this even mean? Maybe revival looks like God's people actually obeying and doing what Jesus says to do in the Word coupled with a powerful, Spirit-led move of God."

This picture hangs at the very front of the Contend recording studio. It's of Keith Green, surrounded by young people on their knees praying and crying out to the Lord. It's a beautiful image of both repentance and revival.

But what is "revival"? We throw the word around as Christians, but do we truly, honestly, have a grid for what it means? And are we actually, authentically contending for it, both in ourselves and in those around us? 🙏

These are the questions we ask ourselves -- and the prayers we pray -- here at Contend. We are gearing up to begin releasing a series of singles and music videos that attempt to tackle some of these questions and prayers -- occasionally in a pill that's hard to swallow (but needs to be said). 💊
