JT Meleck Distillers is located in Louisiana and they're doing whiskey and other spirits made from 100% RICE! Very interesting! Cannot wait to taste a sample that they sent me and visit them in Louisiana when we are out that way! Like their page while you're at it to follow JT Meleck Distillers!

Over the weekend, we visited Flying Leap Vineyards & Distillery. This hidden gem in Elgin, Arizona is well worth the destination! Make the trip! Plan the drive you will not be disappointed. We tasted so many delicious and unique spirits and AMAZING whiskey.

At the Elks Lodge tonight, I spied this WAY in the back... I zoomed in on this bottle and showed the bartender. He had no idea they had it. I got a neat pour of this for $4 bucks and thoroughly enjoyed it. Hopefully that bottle is still there next week when we go.
