Regarding the reincarnation of Matteo Mecacci, I have to admit that there is no tangible evidence of mental continuum with the third King of Tibet Ralpacan Trisung Detsen but I took the liberty of writing the similarity having observed Matteo Mecacci's actions towards Tibet over all these years, which is a royal act, always in support and defense of Tibetans and the Dharma.
I believe he has the mental continuum of a King and therefore of the third, the first two being already assigned.

BARACK OBAMA IS THE REINCARNATION OF EMPEROR TRISONG DETSEN (mental continuum)

The second reincarnation of former President Barack Obama, as the mental continuum of one of the three Dharma Kings, is the second Emperor of Tibet Trisong Detsen.
As Trisong Detsen Barack Obama always supported Buddhism in the way he could and he started a continuous open dialogue with China, especially in the person of President Xi Jinping. As Emperor Trison Detsen sent parties to China twice, Barack Obama received China delegation or President Xi Jinping alone many times which included also Tibet issue.
And Obama’s relation with debate is almost known in the world being himself a great lecturer. In Tibetan history Emperor Trisong Detsen sponsored a two-year Dharma debate known as ‘Council of Lhasa’ between the Chinese and the Indian Buddhist Traditions as they were represented in Tibet.
Regarding political and military activities, I simply report what Wikipedia writes about the Emperor Trisong Detsen:
“In 763 Trisong Detsän sent an army of 200,000 men to the border with Tang China, defeating the forces there and then continuing on to take Chang'an, the Tang Chinese capital, forcing Emperor Daizong of Tang to flee the capital.[7] In 783 a peace treaty was negotiated between China and Tibet giving Tibet all lands in Qinghai. At that time, the Tang Empire had started its decline due to the An Lushan Rebellion.
The King also formed an alliance with Nanzhao in 778, joining forces to attack the Chinese in Sichuan.
Trisong Detsän next sought to expand westward, reaching the Amu Darya and threatening the Abbasid Caliph, Harun ar-Rashid. The Caliph was concerned enough to establish an alliance with the Chinese emperor. King Trisong Detsän would be preoccupied with Arab wars in the west, taking pressure off his Chinese opponents to the east and north, until his rule ended in 797.”

PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA MODI HAS THE SAME MENTAL CONTINUUM

Vespasian, among the most important emperors of Rome, reigned from 69 to 79.
He was a homo novus, not belonging to a family of the Roman nobilitas.
Similarly, Narendra Modi has very humble origins, his father was a tea seller.
Vespasian served the Roman State, starting his personal cursus honorum first as laticlavian, then quaestor, then aedile, praetor and consul.
Similarly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has completed all the steps of the political career to become Prime Minister but before that Chief Minister of Gujarat for 13 years.
But the great similarity of the mental continuum consists in the public work of the bathrooms:

The name derives from the Roman emperor as they were created by him and subjected to taxation, by decree.

Through the 'Clean India Campaign', Narendra Modi did the same thing: the campaign focused on debunking myths and misconceptions about the costruction, maintenance and use of toilets in all India, encouraging people to build toilets. Public figures, including famous cricketers, actors and politicians have been angaged as ambassadors for the campaign.
Bill&Melinda Gate Foundation felt it amde India’s prime Minister Narendra Modi worthy of its Global Goals Award.

Vespasian also built an impressive work: a grandiose amphitheater, the Colosseum, the largest amphitheater in the world, just as Modi similarly built the largest cricket stadium in the world, the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad in Gujarat.

PRESIDENT XI JINPING IS THE REINCARNATION
OF THE FIRST CHINESE EMPEROR QIN SHI HUANG

President Xi Jinping has the same mental continuum of the first Chinese Emperor Qin Shi Huang who reigned from 221 BC to 210 BC.
The similarities between the two personalities are truly striking. To simplify the source of information, I refer to the two Wikipedia sites, Italian and English, specifically:

as well as my knowledge from books regarding President Xi Jinping and the psychological study of his figure over the years.

Qin Shi Huang called himself ‘Emperor’, specifically huáng dì 皇帝, giving this title to himself for the first time in the Chinese history, as Founder of the Qin Dinasty and first Emperor of a unified China.
President Xi Jinping in 2018 abolished presidential term limits, ensuring he could govern indefinitely. Then reigning like an emperor. Xi Jinping acted in this way not for dictatorial purposes but because he believes he has the characteristics of an Emperor and in this way he ensures the exercise of political power for life during or with a change of person at the pinnacle of power according to his will, if he’ll want. This way of acting corresponds to the mental continuum of an Emperor.
As well as Qin Shi Huang felt he had a personality of very high prestige and special powers, so he created a special title to rule; likewise Xi Jinping knows he is as well. And so he secured the government indefinitely.
Qin Shi Huang enacted major economic and political reforms. Same did Xi Jinping through economic, political and social reforms, included the military modernization.
The first Emperor banned and burned many books for chensorship and executed scholars even though it seems he executed alchemists.
Similarly President Xi Jinping does campaigns of chensorship and his anti-corruption campaign led to the downfall of key current and retired Communist Party officials, including members of the Politburo.
Qin Shi Huang developed an extensive network of roads and canals for trade and communication, same Xi Jinping. And the first Emperor’s public works included the incorporation of a massive new national road system where Xi Jinping has developed globally this road system through the implementation of the Silk Road in Africa and Eurasia.

The first Emperor historically was often portrayed as a tyrannical ruler and strict Legalist.
President Xi Jinping is considered a dictator by several international observers and academics who under his command in China cite an increase in censorship, the deterioration of human rights, his cult of personality and the abolition of term limits for the presidency by him hollowed out.
Then we have the Terracotta Army that is a collection of terracotta sculputures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, a form of funerary art buried with the emperor in 210-209 BCE with the purpose of protecting him ih his afterlife.
While President Xi Jinping, in addition to being the Chairman of the Central Military Commission, and the leader of the Central Leading Group for Military Reform founded in 2014 to oversee comprehensive military reforms, has delivered numerous high-profile pronouncements vowing to clean up malfeasance and complacency in the military, aiming to build a more effective fighting force. In addition, Xi held the "New Gutian Conference" in 2014, gathering China's top military officers, re-emphasizing the principle of "the party has absolute control over the army" first established by Mao at the 1929 Gutian Conference. According to a University of California, San Diego expert on Chinese military, Xi "has been able to take political control of the military to an extent that exceeds what Mao and Deng have done".

So for all this, I’m more than sure that President Xi Jinping has the same mental continuum of the first Chinese Emperor Qin Shi Huang and that he’s his reincarnation. No doubt.

HIS HOLINESS THE XVII KARMAPA, OGYEN TRINLEY DORJE,
IS THE REINCARNATION OF THE FIRST CHINESE MING EMPEROR,
HONGWU EMPEROR – ZHU YUANZHANG

His Holiness the XVII Karmapa, Ogyen Trinley Dorje, Apo Gaga, that means ‘Happy Brother’, was born June 1985 into a nomad family in the Lhatok region of Eastern Tibet.
The first emperor of the national Ming dynasty of China, Hongwu emperor, whose name was Zhu Yuanzhang, was born in 1328 to a peasant family.
When his parents died, Zhu Yuanzhang tonsured himself and entered a Buddhist convent, becoming a mendicant monk, although he did not fully share their ideas. He crossed paths with a revolutionary movement, that of the so-called Red Turbans, joining them in 1352 and then renouncing his vows as a monk.
He actively engaged in the defense of the peasants and on their behalf. As a first step he confiscated land from the rich and redistributed it to the peasants.
His Holiness the XVII Karmapa has demostrated along all these years to be very close to the Monastic Sangha, who can be considered as ‘peasants’ for their poor and simple life, supporting them, who are thousands, in any possible way.

The reign of the Hongwu Emperor is notable for his unprecedented political reforms. The emperor abolished the position of chancellor,[12] drastically reduced the role of court eu**chs, and adopted draconian measures to address corruption.
The emperor had a strong aversion to the eu**chs, epitomized by a tablet in his palace stipulating: "Eunuchs must have nothing to do with the administration".
That is the same His Holiness the XVII Karmapa thinks of Tai Situ Rinpoche, the historical eu**ch and administrator of Kagyu Lineage and of the full life of Karmapa since his childhood.

The emperor re-instituted, then abolished, then restored, the Confucian civil service imperial examination system, from which most state officials were selected based on their knowledge of literature and philosophy.
Similarly the Tibetan Debate requires the highest level of logic and knowledge of the Buddhadharma and Karmapa introduced it in Kagyu Lineage in a very serious way, especially for nuns.

In Vajrayana Buddhism, the Buddhism practiced by His Holiness Ogyen Trinley Dorje, each of the 5 Dhyani Buddhas is depicted with a different colour: red, white, yellow, green and blue, the same as wu cai ceramics, the porcelain which in the Ming period (1368-1644) assumed the maximum refinement.
More than the actual number of colors, the number five was of great symbolic importance in Chinese art:
5 elements of the Universe
5 Dhyani Buddhas
5 Directions
5 Sacred Mountains
5 Wisdoms
The same in Buddhism.

China at the beginning of the Ming dynasty was the most advanced nation on Earth.

SIKYONG DR. LOBSANG SANGAY HAS THE SAME MENTAL CONTINUUM OF HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY EMPEROR AKIHITO.
AND THEREFORE HE IS HIS EMANATION.

His Imperial Majesty Emperor Akihito, Emperor Emeritus,
and the Empress Michiko Shoda, have made official visits to 18 countries, as well as the 47 prefectures of Japan.
Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay has traveled almost all over the world to promote the Tibetan cause and was the first political leader to be received in the US in 2020.
At the same time, he also visited ALL the settlements, the territorial 'prefectures' of the Tibetan Refugees in India and also abroad, especially in America, through an immense work of presence, speeches and contact with his own people.

“His Imperial Majesty Emperor Akihito, Emperor Emeritus, is the sovereign who also marked from a generational point of view a clear rapprochement of the imperial institution with the Japanese people, participating in their social life and bringing his institutional figure into play also through the media, who have always been interested and attentive observers of the events of the imperial family. This new configuration has led many to speak of a ‘mass imperial system’, close to the citizens and participating in national life."
Exactly like Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay did towards the Tibetan people.

in which Sikyong is perfectly seen in contact with all layers of the Tibetan population, from nomads to urban inhabitants, from the elderly to the youngest, always in contact with people but not only on public occasions.

“The Emperor, within the limits of the Constitution of Japan, has often engaged politically.”
Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay already had a political mandate.

“He presided over the Heisei (平成) era, Heisei being an expression of achieving peace worldwide.”
Lobsang Sangay's name, Tibetan: བློ་བཟང་སེང་གེ་, lit. 'kind-hearted lion, is reminiscent of kindness at the basis of noble values but in reality both resemble each other due to their great compassion: Emperor Akihito and his wife paid homage not only to the Japanese fallen, but also to the American and Korean fallen forced to fight for Japan.
Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay not only taught Buddhist and secular principles to Tibetans but also repeatedly offered dialogue to Chinese students. Although he showed great compassion above all in the way he carried out his political mandate.

“Under the Constitution of Japan, Akihito's role was entirely representative and ceremonial in nature, without even a nominal role in government; indeed, he was not allowed to make political statements. He was limited to acting in matters of state as delineated in the Constitution. Even in those matters, he was bound by the requirements of the Constitution and the binding advice of the Cabinet.”
Similarly, Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay, beyond the formal position of "political successor of the Dalai Lama", in reality never had a real political field and everything was always subjected to the will of the Dalai Lama who continued to exercise political power even after the division of the two powers in 2011, imposing the Middle Way Approach. And not only that, even the dalai lama depriving him of the position of Minister of Education, Kalon of Education, a position perfectly suited to him, without giving any reason or justification.
Lastly, they both have the same marked interest in the history of their own country as in world history.

18. ON GREED AND HEART CORRUPTION

One of his best virtues, along with many others very similar, is the GREED that is the exact contrary of the first of the six perfections which is GENEROSITY, as we well know.
To be a fervent Buddhist and being greed is practically mutually exclusive unless you're at the beginning of the path and you need to eliminate this root affliction, because GREED comes from attachment to the I, from attachment to power, to money, to people, attachment...when you think you're more important than others.
One simple but completely eloquent example is the offering the Dalai Lama gave to Alice Project A LUNCH OF RICE AFTER HAVING GONE THERE AND PRAISED IMMENSILY THE INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGY OF ALICE PROJECT. And HE NEVER DID NOTHING TO PROMOTE IT ALL AROUND. NOTHING.
Yes, but Valentino Giacomin always asked this:" Therefore humbly we request Your Holiness, to continue to help and endorse this method in the best possible way.
Of course, we have do not have only success, but we face also challenges and difficulties."
And the Dalai Lama, ALWAYS ONLY WORDS:
“Students, teachers, staff and patrons, thank you for inviting me here. I would like to express my admiration for what you are all doing.

4. ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPECT OF TULKUS OF DALAI LAMA LINEAGE AND THE XVII KARMAPA

4.2 LOBSANG SANGAY AS KING EMPEROR OF TIBET SONGSTEN GAMPO AND XI PANCHEN LAMA.

Since the reincarnation of the Panchen Lama is very controversial and it seems that the 11th Panchen Lama, now 29 years old, is still alive, then Sikyong dr. Lobsang Sangay is an emanation of the XI that comes as a result of blessing and appointment or through the power of karma and prayers.

Please note that the Statement on Reincarnations was reported by the XIV Dalai Lama BUT these declarations belong to the previous Dalai Lamas as the recognition of reincarnations obviously took place starting from the First Dalai Lama and therefore certainly a regulation and related statement had been established, handed down over the centuries.

Khedrub Je, discepole of Lama Tzong Khapa, was the first Panchen Lama.
The Panchen Lama was for antonomasia a Great Scholar.
And CTA President Dr. Lobsang Sangay is a Great Scholar, not dedicated mainly to Buddhism but he's a Harvard great scholar – he spent 16 years at Harvard and his curriculum is outstanding and karma wanted him to dedicate all his life to Tibet in all his activities of good governance. That is his ‘destiny’, his karma. So he formed himself at Harvard but he served Tibet. Is it clear?!
Then at the end, if we look deeply Dr. Lobsang Sangay’s role, we can say that is much more than a mandate of a CTA President because he does countless things for the Benefit of Tibetan people and Tibet in a very vast and deep manner.
And this is the behavior of a Panchen Lama and a King.
Songsten Gampo was the 33rd Tibetan king and founder of the Tibetan Empire.
He is also regarded as responsible for the creation of the Tibetan alphabet and therefore the establishment of Classical Tibetan. Songtsen Gampo is traditionally credited with being the first to bring Buddhism to the Tibetan people.
He is also credited with bringing many new cultural and technological advances to Tibet.
Songtsen Gampo was adept at diplomacy as well as on the field of battle.
Well-known even today are his two 'foreign' wives: the Nepali princess Bhrikuti as well as the Chinese Princess Wencheng . These two wives are credited in Tibetan tradition in playing crucial roles in the adoption of Buddhism in Tibet and held to explain the two great influences on Tibetan Buddhism, Indo-Nepali and Chinese.
Songsten Gampo is also known for the 16 Dharma rules, human Dharmas, as inspirational values and principles that he introduced to his people.
Alison Murdoch's 16 Guidelines for Life in Universal Education are inspired by the principles and values promoted by Songtsen Gampo to the Tibetan people.

For what I’ve seen, President dr. Lobsang Sangay has acted also as King for his people through the endless administration of CTA, by implementing welfare policies, many new education scholarships, financial assistance to Tibetan settlements, assistance to newly-arrived Tibetans from Tibet and such many other milestones achieved in his two-term.
But with an immense focus in Education where, in addition to the organization of education he has personally taught children and youngs secular ethics, human Dharmas in countless occasions instilling high inspiration as a Leader of his stature.”

NOW the dalai lama permitted to nominate a fake Songsten Gampo WITHOUT REASONINGS in order to invalidate my reincarnation. Not only! It seems that he nominated also himself Songtsen Gampo !!!!!

AGAINST FAKE REINCARNATION SONGTSEN GAMPO
If a unknown person has been recognized without any official clear declaration, public and reasoned, almost secretly without reason, and without a reasoning of his present life regarding the MENTAL CONTINUUM to be compared with the supposed reincarnation,
if there are no elements and reasonable evidences of different kind of having the 'same' mental continuum,
THE RECOGNITION IS UNFOUNDED BECAUSE NOT BASED ON LOGIC REASONING AND VALID PROOFS.
THIS IS CLEAR TO ANY HUMAN INTELLIGENCE.

IF this unknown person should be an extremely important Tibetan reincarnation LIKE THE KING EMPEROR OF TIBET SONGSTEN GAMPO and the demonstration of reincarnation is clearly unfounded,

Just to make a simple example, this unknown person and fake reincarnation should be able to talk to China, being the King of Tibet.
Do we want to permit increasing esponentially this terrible collective Karma already on going since 64 years DUE TO IGNORANCE?!!!!!

So, as I was saying before, I discovered through Fabrizio Pallotti, the reincarnation of the great Marpa the Translator, that the dalai lama has 'entitled' himself as Songtsen Gampo, the first King-Emperor of Tibet and he's going to give 'initiations' because of it.
Please note that 'Initiations' are Ta***ic practices and are considered sacred.
WHILE THE TRUE SONGTSEN GAMPO AS REINCARNATION AS MENTAL CONTINUUM IS DR. LOBSANG SANGAY.

This my declaration and honest discovery along the time has been accompanied by many logical, historical, well-founded explanations in order to comprove the reliability of the REINCARNATION
OF DR. LOBSANG SANGAY AS TRUE KING-EMPEROR OF TIBET, SONGTSEN GAMPO.
This is the way I act, as comproved in EFFETTO KUNDALINI by Barbara Grilli, if not everybody can say something about reincarnation without any kind of reliability.
That is the case of the dalai lama who, AS YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE, HE DIDN'T RECOGNIZED RATHER 'ENTITLED' A PERFECT STRANGER as 'King-Emperor Songtsen Gampo' exactly when he knew that I said and wrote that Dr. Lobsang Sangay is the TRUE SONGSTEN GAMPO.
WE already perfectly all know that the dalai lama is possessed.

NOT ONLY.
NOW-NWO he declares to be Songsten Gampo !!!!!
So the dalai lama seemed to have forgotten to have already entitled a unknown Songsten Gampo time before.

THEREFORE THE DALAI LAMA APPEARS TO HAVE A
"GALLOPING ALZHEIMER"
AND THEREFORE HE IS COMPLETELY NOT RELIABLE IN ALL EFFECTS.
HE MUST RESIGN.

3.1 SIKYONG AS KALON OF EDUCATION

Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay not only taught PERSONALLY Education, universal values, secular ethics to Tibetan children in a excellent way,
rather He organized all the immense work regarding Education Organization in a excellent way.
And He also promoted scholarships for Tibetan students.
He honestly did an EXCELLENT JOB, OUT OF ORDINARY,
and He has been dismissed by the dalai lama as Kalon of Education
WITHOUT ANY VALID REASON.

He had been dismissed BECAUSE I shared with Him my Vision on Universal Education (a part all the Vision) because I saw in Him the perfect person with whom to spread Universal Education because He was excellent in it, He had the Vision.
So I wrote it in my letters, as I wrote the same something similar to the dalai lama, because, at that time, I thought the dalai lama was ethical and worked for the Benefit of All.
This is why the dalai lama dismissed Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay from being Kalon of Education CREATING AN IMMENSE DAMAGE TO THE TIBETAN COMMUNITY. So the dalai lama acting this way, acted against the interest of Tibetan people, Tibetan Community who was losing A GREAT LEADER IN EDUCATION. So in this way the dalai lama 'stopped the continuation' of Education and after it he imposed Emory University and See Learning - AND NOT UNIVERSAL EDUCATION BY LAMA YESHE OF WHICH HE'S 'PATRON' - as Education wanted by him.
THE DALAI LAMA DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING OF EDUCATION, OF PERSONAL DIRECT EXPERIENCE. The actual dalai lama IS ONLY A LABEL.

3. NO POLITICAL POWER TO SIKYONG

Well Sikyong has been President of the Central Tibetan Administration for 10 YEARS, the duration of his double mandate, never stopping His work going everywhere in the World to support the Tibetan Cause and looking for Funds.
Then AT THE SAME TIME He has been the POLITICAL SUCCESSOR TO THE DALAI LAMA, as the dalai lama declared in 2011 devolving the political power and 'dividing the two powers, spiritual and political". BUT the dalai lama NEVER DEVOLVED IN PRACTICE THE POLITICAL POWER SINCE HE ALWAYS MAINTENED THE POWER AND CONTROL OF THE WHOLE SITUATION.
And First Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay has been also and inevitably the Prime Minister of Tibet.
FOR 10 YEARS SIKYONG MADE AN EXTRAORDINARY JOB ON BEHALF OF HIS COMMUNITY AND NOT ONLY, THE WORLD, BY SPREADING BUDDHISM WITH HIS WORDS AND BEHAVIOUR.
But during His mandate, he had to travel around the World spreading the ‘Middle Way Policy’ asking for funds as a beggar, without success at global level because the Middle Way Policy was wrong: it was not for indipendence of Tibetans rather for genuine autonomy. But it was imposed by the dalai lama, without interruption.

Well after that 'He had to retire', to retire from His political mandate I mean. Apparently.
So what do you think, having being also the POLITICAL SUCCESSOR TO THE DALAI LAMA?!!! A MAN OF SUCH NOBLE HIGHNESS ?!!!
That the dalai lama has reserved for Him a wonderful job to continue His Noble Work, in order to support the Tibetan Cause, to spread Buddhism in the World and so on and so on.
NO !
The dalai lama NEVER GAVE HIM A JOB.
NEVER.
NO CONTINUITY WITH THE 'PAST'.
AND MOREOVER FIRST SIKYONG DR. LOBSANG SANGAY HAS A FAMILY TO FEED, A WIFE AND A DAUGHTER, MENDA REWA, HIS HIGHEST LOVE.
SO HE HAS TO OFFER THEM ALL THE NEEDS THEY NEED IN ORDER TO LIVE, I'D SAY IN ORDER TO SURVIVE AT THIS POINT.
Did the dalai lama helped an entire family to live after Sikyong 'retired' from his political mandate?
NO.
He did the same toward the entire Tibetan Community, 6 MILIONS PEOPLE, never supporting it DIRECTLY, PERSONALLY, INDEFESSLY DAY BY DAY, AS 'HEAD' OF TIBET, IN FACT HE'S ABSOLUTELY NOT.
And he has never done so towards the ENTIRE COMMUNITY OF THE MONASTIC SANGHA, MILLIONS AND MILLIONS, leaving them 'alone', penniless, without the real possibility of enlightenment because THEY DO NOT HAVE A SPIRITUAL GUIDE BUT AN AFFLICTED AND PERVERSED CRIMINAL AS THE 'LEAD ' OF TIBETAN BUDDHISM, therefore he is not able to enlighten them as he is not enlightened himself.
AND THE SANGHA COMMUNITY IS MADE UP OF MILLIONS OF MONKS AND NUNS. Millions of monks and nuns living as Jewish deportees. They also have shaved heads, even women!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And he demands that they bow to him ALL THE TIME IN REVERENTIAL AND BLIND RESPECT BY VIRTUE OF “MONARCH MIND CONTROL”, FOR THE GURU'S DEVOTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
