Eagles live 70 years, but at 40 they have to make a difficult decision, their talons become so long and flexible that they cannot hold the prey they feed on. The long and sharp beak curves too far on the chest and no longer it is useful Their wings are old and heavy, according to the large size of their feathers, and then flight becomes very difficult for them.
It has two alternatives: abandon itself and die, or face a painful process of renewal, which consists of flying to a nest in the mountains near a wall, because it is safe. The eagle starts hitting the wall with its beak with great force until it is pulled. Then it will wait for a new beak to grow, with which it will detach its old nails one by one. When the new claws begin to hatch, it will begin to pull out its worn feathers.
And after all those long and painful five months of wounds, scars and growth, he manages to make his famous flight of renewal, rebirth and celebration to live another thirty years ...
In our lives, in order to continue a victory streak, we often need to take shelter for a while and begin a process of renewal.
We must let go of habits, traditions and memories whose weight prevents us from moving forward. Only free from the past can we take advantage of the valuable result that a renewal always brings us.
Renewal within involves putting order in the mental world, removing memories of frustrating or painful events to remain only with the experience of what we have learned.
To put ourselves in order, to renew and escape, we must know ourselves, know who we are, what our potentialities are and where we want to go.
No need to adapt to the problem; there is a possibility to get rid of it. But the road is a bit difficult, the road is a challenge. It's your choice.
Let's follow the path of the eagles. Always up, always forward.

This generation doesn't understand.

Most men in this generation doesn't understand its not about giving her the world, but it's actually about making her feel like she's a priority in yours.

It's about surprising her with a sweet text throughout the day to remind her you're thinking about her.

It's about coming home from work and asking about her day because you genuinely care about the answer.

It's about going to the refrigerator to get yourself a drink, and you get her one without even asking.

It's about driving down a backroad and you pull off to the side to pick her some beautiful wild flowers.

It's about cuddling on the couch in sweatpants and binge watching your favorite show on Netflix together.

It's about taking her to her favorite restaurant unannounced.

It's about slow dancing with her in the rain to a song that was written by George Strait.

It's about calling her randomly and asking how she is doing because you care about her mental health.

It's about laying her favorite dress on the bed with a note that says "put this on and be ready by 7pm".

It's about knowing the smallest details about her, like the way she likes her coffee in the morning, or her favorite smell, or what movies make her cry.

It's about going to a local ice cream parlor on a Saturday afternoon to talk about your life goals together over a couple hot fudge sundaes.

Take my advice and remember...... it doesn't always have to cost much money, it just needs to catch her off guard.

DON'T MARRY A MAN LIVING IN A FAMILY HOUSE.

My Sister, don't marry a Man Living in a Family House, you will never enjoy that Marriage.

I may sound Stoopid and senseless but believe me the day you're married into a family house you'll remember this post. Even flies in the house will abuse you including your in-laws.

Untill you find yourself in this situation you may not understand this post.

Sister, if he doesn't have any money to rent atleast one room apartment, then you guys have no business getting married.
How will you guys now cope with family expenses?

Don't be deceived, marriage needs money.

The day your husband married you into family house, both of you have lost RESPECT and dignity in that family.

Even if it’s one room apartment it will be much more better than living in a family house, for peace to reign.

If a man still lives in his parents house, tell him to get an apartment before paying your BRIDE PRICE. Statistics shows that, the wives end up unhappy, caged and frustrated.

No matter how good your in-laws are, pray you don't have any reason to live with them. They will show you shege. It's a matter of TIME. Just give them TIME.
Visit them, let them visit you.

Your parents in-law maybe good but believe me your Co-Wives, brothers and sisters in-law will fight you. Some may even go diabolical to make sure you're 7feet down.

Dear Men, leaving a family house does not mean neglecting your parents and your responsibility, it means starting your own life, living a private life and having a peaceful home.

I repeat, Please don't marry a man living in a family house, you will never enjoy that marriage to its fullest.

Have you ever thought about this?

In 100 years like in 2123 we will all be buried with our relatives and friends.

Strangers will live in our homes we fought so hard to build, and they will own everything we have today. All our possessions will be unknown and unborn, including the car we spent a fortune on, and will probably be scrap, preferably in the hands of an unknown collector.

Our descendants will hardly or hardly know who we were, nor will they remember us. How many of us know our grandfather's father?

After we die, we will be remembered for a few more years, then we are just a portrait on someone's bookshelf, and a few years later our history, photos and deeds disappear in history's oblivion. We won't even be memories.

If we paused one day to analyse these questions, perhaps we would understand how ignorant and weak the dream to achieve it all was.

If we could only think about this, surely our approaches, our thoughts would change, we would be different people.

Always having more, no time for what's really valuable in this life. I'd change all this to live and enjoy the walks I've never taken, these hugs I didn't give, these kisses for our children and our loved ones, these jokes we didn't have time for. Those would certainly be the most beautiful moments to remember, after all they would fill our lives with joy.

And some of us waste it day after day with greed, selfishness and intolerance.

Every minute of life is priceless and will never be repeated, so take time to enjoy, be grateful for, and celebrate your existence.

Never force a relationship.

Sometimes it's better to move on, than to hold on to a person who doesn't understand who you truly are. Unfortunately there will be times where your absence will teach you what your presence cannot.

You need to stop breaking your own heart in trying to make a relationship work that clearly isn't meant to work to begin with.

You can't force someone to genuinely care about you.

You can't force someone to be faithful to you.

You can't force someone to be the person you need
them to be.

The truth is, sometimes the person you want the most is the same person you would be best without.

You have got to understand some things are meant to come into your life, just not meant to stay.

Everything that you do to show love, you have to be
careful, not to lose yourself by trying to fix what should never been there in the first place. You can't get the relationship you need from someone who's not ready to reciprocate the love you give to them.

I know it's hard when you meet someone and your heart feels, that's the person you could spend an eternity with, and you start to accept that they are not that person you thought they needed to be.

And no matter how many times you cry yourself to sleep at night, you will eventually heal from your previous relationship and find the one you have always longed for. Your future will now bring an understanding of why things didn't work out in your previous relationships.

One thing I have learned throughout the years, is “It is better to be single than to be in a relationship settling for less.”

If they see you as an option, then they don't deserve to be a priority in your life.

Take my advice and never chase someone who's not chasing you.

I'm so sick of all the people who hurt me, and then they act as if there's nothing wrong with it. I hate being very forgiving. I know that nobody is perfect, and we all make mistakes. But it is not a valid reason to hurt someone. I wish they would understand how painful it is to bear everything that they do to me, even if I pretend that I am still okay. I am so sick of everyone who makes me feel terrible about myself. They will hurt me and do everything to make me feel small, and then they will blame me for the way I reacted. Their insensitivity makes me feel like I don't even have the right to complain about the pain that I receive from them. These things are making me sick, and I even wish I could just disappear so I could never see them again.

I wish people would learn how to be kind to others. Sometimes, I wish I could control how they treat me. It's just sad that we can't force them to do good things for others. We can't control someone's actions and words. I want to be patient with others, but sometimes I can't take it anymore. I am so sick of tolerating the wrong behaviors of others. I am so sick of being treated poorly. And I am so sick of forgiving people and watching them do the things that could hurt me over and over again. I am so sick of people, and I am so sick of them for making me feel so unwanted and unlovable.

Dear self,

I miss you a lot. I mean, I wish I could bring back the version of you that was still happy and whole. I wish you could still be that person who used to be confident and fearless. But most importantly, I wish I've treated you better.

I'm sorry.

For all the things that you've been through, I know it's not enough to just say sorry. I know how many times you begged me to love you, but I never listened to you. I know how many times you've been hurt by the ones you cared the most, but I never had much strength to comfort you. I despised you when everybody else have made you feel worthless. I hated you so much that I wouldn't even dare to take care of you. I was never been gentle to you; instead, I've hurt you many times because I never really loved your entire existence.

I'm sorry.

It took me a lot of time to finally look at you and embrace everything about you. And it took you so much scars before I realize that you needed saving. But now, I hope you understand that you are worthy— even how imperfect you are. Everything that made you sad yesterday, you don't deserve it. Everyone who made you feel worthless, and those who became the reason why you hated yourself so much, you do not deserve them. I hope you know that you deserve so much more.

Forgive me if I couldn't protect you when I was busy grieving each day. I forgot that you needed my love, too. I only watched you hurting and dying at the corner. Forgive me if I never came earlier to save you. Your smiles are gone now, and I could see it in your eyes that you're already tired. But I hope I could save you this time. I hope everything will get better soon.

And I hope it is not too late to finally love you.

Being in a relationship with a hard-working man is not for everyone.
This is why some women these days are interested in men with no life perspective.
Having a relationship with a hard working man is to understand that he might not always be available for you.
You may think, there are times where he will not always seem invested in the relationship, but its not the case at all, its quite the opposite, he wakes up every morning and works hard every chance he can to create a stable future for you.
You need to understand there will be days where he will most likely be tired and he'll barely have time to take a shower and give you a kiss and head to bed to get some much needed sleep to start it all over again the first thing in the morning.
Do not take this kind of man for granted.
He might come off a little rough around the edges because of his dirty callused hands and greased stained shirt, but this man will love you with a type of love you have never experienced before.
So here is to the hardworking men that are married to the woman of their dreams that get up every morning and work hard everyday for their families in order to live a life they have always dreamed of.

To be honest, I never stopped crying to the stars. I just stopped telling people about it. I guess I just realized how no one's really ever there to listen. Some people will say they would, and they will—but only up to a certain point. Then they expect you to heal. To just charge it to experience and move on. I don't blame them. The world's already so busy as it is, everyone's struggling around to make things work, and this life is full of broken dreams. But I still cry to the stars from time to time, simply because I know that the dreams I had to give up meant everything to me at some point in my life. That while I know I can move forward and leave it all behind because that's how life works, I also know for sure that my heart will always remember.

I cry to the stars so they know how hard I tried, and then I keep it to myself, silently hoping that someday, when I'm a lot wiser and more capable than I am today, I'd stumble upon an old dream left behind and find that I can finally afford to try harder.

And try I will.

If only people would know what I've been through, for sure those who stare at me with those evil eyes will stop looking at me that way; those who wish me to fail will be done silently whispering and waiting for another downfall of mine; and those who still get envious of who I am right now will realize that I just didn't wake up one day feeling so alive—it isn't an over-the-night phase and change.

I've been through hell, I've been to my life's lowest of low, saddest of sad. It took every ounce of my energy to stay still in this ground, despite having many reasons to just give up. I didn't get where I am right now because of luck, nor I didn't make it here in an instant. I'd cried an ocean of tears, and almost surrendered; but I chose to give it another shot, and here I am—reaping the fruits of how I thrived.

If only people will be fully aware about someone's struggle prior to getting the life they deserve, surely they will root for them and stop wishing them such bad luck.

Dear self,

I apologize for the times
When I refused to listen to you
And instead listened to the sea of voices surrounding you
As though they knew what was best for you
Rather than you

I apologize for the times
When I refused to allow you to write your own story
Live your own life
Follow your own dreams
And listen to your own heart

And instead suppressed your voice
Silenced your hopes
Stunted your growth
And sabotaged your success
Out of fear, anxiety, insecurity
A lack of self-confidence
And self-doubt

I apologize for the times
When I put others on a pedestal
And elevated their opinions of you
Above your own

I apologize for the times
When others wounded you
Criticized you
Made fun of you
Left you feeling like you were ugly, worthless
Or a waste of space
And called you strange, different, weird or quirky
And a whole bunch of labels
Because they were incapable of seeing your worth
You didn’t fit into their boxes
Or they didn't understand you

And instead of sticking up for you
I listened to them
Chose to be hurt by them
And internalized those messages
Allowing them to dictate and define who you were
Rather than allowing you to trust that you knew better
And to define yourself

I apologize for teaching you
To shrink yourself
To make others more comfortable

Make yourself small
To satisfy those around you

Attempt to appear less beautiful
To make others feel better about themselves

Appear be less intelligent
To make others feel less intimidated

And to be less loud
And take up less space in the world.

For believing that you were your body
And your outer shell was more important
Than your inner soul
And for believing that you had to prove yourself and your worth to others
In order to be deserving of a place in the world.

And I want you to know
I’m proud of you
I’m grateful for you
And I’m in awe of how far you’ve come
And who you are becoming.

Please forgive me for failing to recognize your worth
Please forgive me for believing that you weren’t enough
And that you were undeserving of love

And please know that from this moment on
I’m putting your needs first
I’m listening to your guidance
I’m allowing you to take up space and be your own unique person
I’m celebrating you fully even when others don’t
I’m embracing who you authentically are
I’m forgiving you for the times when you’ve failed and stumbled
