Ever since November 7th, 2016.. Grief of my grandfather sent me into depression it gave me horrible anxiety to this day. I still suffer from chronic depression and chronic anxiety everyday..I’m sure other things in my life also don’t help and is also distributing to my anxiety and depression but loosing my grandfather has fu**ed my mental up so bad I wish and I pray that I go back to how I was prior to his loss but I know I never will be able to.. it’s never ending I keep loosing people to death I now also grieve my dogs Charlie and Teddy and my Grandmother Beverly and my Aunt JoJo and my dads best friend John and life itself has been so draining.. I hate crying randomly throughout my day cause I think of them or mourn them or something reminds me of them or a song on TikTok sends me into a crying spell it’s been 7 years in November since mommy grandfathers has passed and it still feels fresh I miss him so bad his smell his touch his goodbye kisses everything and I don’t know what to do to help or to stop this feeling of grief I feel it so hard I hate it I’m crying and feeling overwhelmed like most days out the week and idk I just want everyone want 🥺

On October 4th, a national alert will be sent out to test the alert system around 2:20 pm ET. If you have a hidden phone, like many in a DV situation might, make sure your phone is off. From my understanding, even if it’s the next day when you turn it on, it will still go off, so make sure you are in a safe situation when you turn it back on!
