My guest today is none other than the "Legend" Matt Lawler. Matt Lawler is one of my best friends and one of the most passionate coaches I know. Matt was just hired as the new high school boys basketball coach at Gallatin County. Coach Lawler has been a coach at Gallatin County for many years. He has been apart of some of the biggest wins at Gallatin County over the last 15 years. We talk a lot about coaching, the struggles that come with it and the highs that come with it. I had a lot of fun catching up with Coach Lawler and look forward to seeing the passion he will bring to the high school program.

So excited for this one, I am dropping it a day early. My guest today is Robbey Smith. He is the lead Pastor at Redemption Church in Johnston City. He has one of the best life stories I have ever heard. His journey/testimony to not only finding a relationship with Jesus but his journey to preaching and leading a church is even more remarkable. The first time I ever talked to him, I knew right away, that whatever church he was preaching at, I was going to attend it. I promise this is a story you are going to want to hear.

My guest today is Willie Moore. He is a professor at McKendree University, teaching nutrition and exercise science classes. He is avid weight lifter and one of the strongest people I have ever met. He is a book of knowledge in the field of health and fitness and has forgot more about fitness and nutrition that I have ever learned. He is a former high school athlete who dominated Southern Illinois on the track field, going undefeated his junior and senior year of high school, his only loses came at state(back when there was only 2 classes). He was the best man in my wedding and somebody I consider family.

My guest today is Dr. Nick Oldham aka Dr. NO. Nick is an ear doctor who owns SONUS in Harrisburg Illinois. He has been my friend for a very long time, going all the way back to our days working together at Eldorado Dairy Queen. We cover a lot of subjects and tell some pretty funny stories about our time growing up but we spend a lot of time covering Nicks journey through life including Med School. If you are wondering where you might recognize the name Dr. NO, well, if you have ever been to the Eldorado Holiday Tournament and bought a drink, you can thank him for your kitchen cabinets being full of his face!

My guest today is one of my longest friends, Josh Smith. Josh currently lives in Hawaii with his wife and two kids. He is a Chief Warrant Officer in the United States Navy. His official job title is a Cryptologic Warfare Officer. He has been serving in the military for over 20 years (all in intelligence) and has no plans to stop. He has a really amazing story and I'm so proud of him for all he has accomplished. We talk about what its like living in Hawaii, his time serving our country in the military and we also tell some pretty funny stories from our youth.

Todays guest is my really good friend Sam Hamblin and we are talking everything wrestling. With the Royal Rumble coming up this weekend, the WWE deal with Netflix, we had a lot to discuss. We also talk about our time in the wrestling business as well as our time as a couple of nerds back at NCOE. Always great to talk with Sam and anytime I can talk wrestling with Sam it's even better.

My guest today is Mr. Greg Frehner. Mr. Frehner is a former basketball, baseball and cross-country coach of mine. He was not only my coach but also my teacher and by far one of my biggest influences growing up. He was one of the most beloved and favorite teachers at our high school. He is currently a Superintendent at Vienna school district in Southern Illinois. He has a beautiful wife named Tonya and a super athletic son named Knox. He is just a fantastic husband, teacher, father coach, administrator and human being.

My guest today is Justin Fetcho. He is the current Director of Golf/Head Men's Golf Coach for SIUC. He is also a former high school stand out golfer, former collegiate golfer and he had a brief stint as a professional golfer. He has coached golf at some of the biggest Division 1 programs in the nation. He gives great insight into recruiting as well as how hard he worked as an athlete. Besides being a great coach and father he is one of my best friends and just one of my favorite people to be around.

My guest today is my longtime friend, Brett Drone. He is a former high school and college baseball player from Gallatin County. He currently resides in Branson, MO with his family and 3 year old twins. He has a truly amazing and inspirational story about overcoming addiction and the long path he took to becoming the man he is today. My guest is somebody I call the "pitching whisperer." She has been my daughters pitching coach from day one and she currently gives lessons to many of the best pitchers in Southern Illinois. She is a former high school and college standout softball player. She is a wife, a mom and a mentor to so many young girls in the area. Her story and knowledge about strength and condition, nutrition and pitching is something many athletes and parents could benefit from!

Ax is by far my favorite opponent and someone I consider to be the best wrestler I ever had the privilege to wrestle. He is the total package when it comes to professional wrestling.
