If you are at all involved in the modern board gaming hobby, you will very likely already have heard of this game…

But, in case not, I got the opportunity to play test Galactic Cruise towards the end it’s development, and within a couple of rounds I knew this was a game I was going back on Kickstarter. I have since played it a couple of times in its finished form and that only reaffirmed my feelings.

The guys at Kinson Key Games have hit this one out of the park, in terms of everything from the design and development right through to the production and the Kickstarter project, which launched yesterday.

If you enjoy medium-to-heavy thematic euros, then check this one out.

Very sad to hear of the passing of Klaus Teuber.

Whether you like The Settlers of Catan or not, there is no arguing it’s impact on our hobby and the industry.

Klaus Teuber, the designer responsible for creating Catan, has passed away at the age of 70.

Very much enjoyed playing one of my all time favourite games (that I have not played anywhere near enough) with JP.

And it was a surprise to find I won. Both my opponents played a strong game. Especially JP, who was playing the game for the first time.

JPs looking pretty pleased with himself and why not after playing by Eagle-Gryphon Games. Massive thanks to Marton and Scott from Scott Plays for the teach and the game, loved it.
