2011 OFFICIAL RULES:
1. Films may be up to five minutes in length, and must be submitted by March 5
2. Only current students, faculty, and staff can participate
3. The video must include a title card stating the title and names everybody who worked on it.
4. The video must comply with copyright law as outlined here: http://www.westmont.edu/_faculty_staff/pages/policies/copyright_policy/index.html
5. If the number of submissions exceeds time constrains, then submissions will be accepted based on the order of submission.
6. Submissions will be shown at 8:30pm on March 8 in the Page MPR. The winner will be selected by popular vote
7. The Grand Prize will be a 2 hour private charter provided by the Santa Barbara Sailing Center for up to 6 passengers, not including the US Coast Guard licensed captain who will be onboard
