Located near the village of Caraíva, in Bahia, just a few kilometers upstream, the house is a delicate expression of caiçara architecture, where coexistence with nature and the preservation of artisanal knowledge form the foundation of the project.

🔴 Colina House / FGMF

The FGMF office signs the architecture and interior design of Casa Colina, a residence located at Fazenda Boa Vista, in Porto Feliz, in the interior of São Paulo. The slight unevenness of the land was an essential inspiration for conceptualizing the project, designed in such a way that makes the most of the existing topography. The highlight is the creation of an extensive ramp that, inclined, merges with the ground, configuring an extensive garden over the house, mimicking the land from some external points of view.

🔴 Fluir House / Sabella Arquitetura

Our guiding principle, following the clients' request, was to design a single-story, comfortable home. To achieve this, the house's layout was distributed horizontally along the middle portion of a sloped site. The design followed a T-shaped plan, placing the social spaces along the lower longitudinal axis of the lot, while the private wing, which houses the bedrooms, extended in the opposite direction. The private wing was positioned between the main entrance to the residence and the outdoor leisure area, designed to be enjoyed by both the social and intimate spaces. Connecting the two areas, wide corridors were enriched by winter gardens, offering a pleasant transition throughout the house.

Guaecá House is located in a housing complex overlooking the ocean on the coast of the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The lower floor is composed of a single living and dining space surrounded by sliding glass doors that limit the outdoors. They provide an uninterrupted view towards the ocean and when pulled aside create one expansive terrace space connecting the social area to the pool and garden area.

In this project, the main inspiration came from the need to create a home that is not only comfortable but also environmentally efficient. The core concept revolves around making the core of the house the central integration point for various structural elements, utility systems, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), vertical circulation, and building physics. This core was designed to extend from the first to the third floor, serving as a hub for natural light and air, enabling the stack effect. The stack effect creates a natural airflow where hot air rises, keeping the lower levels cooler.

🔴JR House / Gilda Meirelles Arquitetura

Located in Terras de São José, in Itu (SP), the JR residence, a Gilda Meirelles Arquitetura project, was designed for a couple with children and grandchildren, thinking mainly of the leisure that it should provide and the possibility of serving as a home.
The terrain of the residence ends in an admirable forest that coincides with the north face, considered by the architects as the best face. The project was conceived so that all the rooms faced the forest, creating the feeling that the house was isolated in the middle of the forest.

🔴Paddy – Coffee Space / ODB Arquitectos

An ambitious commercial project was developed on a narrow plot of land measuring 5.65 metres wide by 34.20 metres long, with an east-west orientation, located in a central but neglected urban area. The challenge included the need to create a building without architectural barriers, but with the risk of flooding in the street during the intense rains characteristic of the coastal climate. The building was required to be economical in its construction, use and maintenance, while maintaining high standards of habitability in terms of thermal comfort, luminosity and acoustic insulation. These fundamental conditions guided the conception of the project.

True to its name Retreat Home by Neogenesis+Studi0261 is a get-away house to escape the frenzied hustle and bustle of city life. A holiday home to a diamond merchant in Surat, this elemental yet contemporary house has been designed to embrace extended families making room for warm interactions as it seamlessly connects the indoor with the outdoor. The idea was to envisage a space where rustic extravagance entwines with comfort, where every detail is meticulously crafted to create lasting memories. In its first appearance, the abode reveals itself as a two-tiered linearly designed structure partly camouflaged in the greens. The house sits there with a picturesque pitched roof, overlooking an abundance of greens waiting to express its narrative.

The client desired a humble, meditative sanctuary—a sacred space that prioritizes wellness and tranquility and sparks joy.
