Literally almost exactly 10 years ago it took us 6 weeks to sell 85 copies of Shy and the Fight’s PING001…

Yesterday we sold 100 records in one day. Never paid for label PR or a plugger. Just been really nice to people, been as DIY as possible, posted thousands of record with hand written letters and been incredibly stubborn and bloody minded. Released 14 brilliant songs by 33 amazing lovely musician folk. And so far it’s been bloody wonderful! And thank you to everyone who’s helped so far in the first ten years ###

So finally we’re very happy to confirm PING007 - Say When / Eye to Eye by WILL go up for pre-order sale on Bandcamp Friday 7th May. With (hopefully) some airplay and a proper physical sale to follow shortly after. Expect us to hammer it down your throats for all of Apr/May/Jun, which should lead nicely into ACTUAL GIGS!! It really is the catchiest thing we’ve ever put out and we’re bloody proud to be releasing it x
