Our Story
Arthur is a professional photographer with a business background. He graduated from French ESSEC Business School in 2014, majoring in Marketing. As such, he has a strong understanding of marketing campaign design, corporate communication and customers’ activation. Among other experiences, he has worked in the tourism industry for the French international chain Club Med in Sydney, Australia and in the video game sector for the famous French editor Ubisoft. As a professional photographer, Arthur mainly works with NGOs, tackling issues he cares for. He’s currently covering a Mercy Corps project in Jordan, addressing tensions between Syrian refugees and the local population. Deeply concerned by the environment, he is also working with the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature (RSCN). Their collaboration aims at renewing and revitalising the RSCN photographic database but also at producing series of photographs and videos focused on specific aspects of the Society’s various commitments. On occasions, he also works with international development agencies, such as GIZ.
Besides his core photographic activities and as a cinema aficionado and musician himself, Arthur regularly covers musical and cultural events. He has worked with NOFA Creative Space, Orange Red, organiser of the 6th Amman Jazz Festival which he fully covered but also with Friends of Jordan Festivals with whom he covered Omar Kamal’s concert at the Roman Theatre, providing also videographic coverage. More recently, he has been appointed as the official photographer for the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) in Jordan.
Additionally, Arthur started working as a photojournalist for the independent platform Hybris Media for which he regularly writes interviews and runs photoshoots, focusing on social and environmental issues and innovative solutions.
