Is brain damage reversible?

I think I accidentally gave myself brain damage and exacerbated my by having social media apps at my fingertips 24/7.

Last week was super tough and I went through bout of depression and anxiety at the same time.

I was trapped for 3 days because of deep snow and instead of unplugging and working on my book, I chose to distract myself with social media and I think it made the feelings much worse.

I have a daily meditation and power practice that keeps me relatively sane in this absolutely insane world.

Last week I needed even more inner peace and power but I think my brain got hijacked into doom scrolling and all the chemicals that go along with it that kept me hooked.

I think I was seeking connection because I felt sad after the high of wore off - then being alone and stranded in the snow made me feel even more disconnected and alone.

Don’t get me wrong- I love being alone much of the time- I am an introvert, empath and creative- but not always.

Anyway, I am going to do a digital dopamine detox and remove all the social apps from my phone for the next 30 days except when I host a

Instead of mindless consumption, I will focus on conscious creation and posting more on the blog as well as Bitcoin for PEACE project.

I will check in of course but not from my phone.

Dear Domestic Violence Survivors,
You are NOT alone and there is a safe way out.

I just got my 1st "cease and desist" for an episode I did sharing one woman's story.

I took it down for her and her children's safety.

Part of me is SO angry that she and I are being intimidated but instead of letting the anger get to me, I will transmute it into ORANGE ROCKET FUEL for the mission to spread LOVE and the power of Bitcoin as a tool for escaping domestic violence, authoritarian regimes, and slave fiat systems.

There is evil in this world no doubt.

But there is also compassion and forgiveness and I am very aware that hurt people hurt people.

Most abusers have been tormented, traumatized, and have lost a sense of control at some point in their lives leading them to act in violent ways against women, children, and men.

I was in a relationship once a long time ago with a very wounded man and the 1st book a therapist gave us was called:

"Why Does He Do That? Inside the Minds of Angry and Controlling Men" by Lundy Bancroft

It discussed trauma and how it carries forward in all of our relationships.

I will NEVER be silent and redo the episode and protect the name of the woman and anonymously bring more women on to share their truth without fear of more violence from their abusers.

NEVER GIVE UP.

Love Always Wins and WE will find a way to heal ourselves, each other and the planet.
