I recall that this was (and maybe still is) a common writing test when hiring junior-level Technical Writers to see a candidate’s ability to understand an audience, and to also see how well they could write procedurals. This was a fun video to watch and it really showcases how important it is to have good documentation, otherwise you risk REALLY frustrating your customers.

I'm beginning to flesh out my first video for YouTube for the new year. Having never done a fully conceptualized video on YouTube before with ME as the subject, I'm terrified. One of the things I'm learning about myself is that music really helps me with imagining and developing a story.
