Moana 2 | Trailer 2

The new trailer for Moana 2 shatters Disney's record for most views in 24 hours for an animated movie. The highly anticipated sequel releasing in November sees Auli'i Cravalho and Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson reprising their roles as Moana and the demigod Maui from the beloved first film. The story was originally going to be a Disney+ sequel series but ultimately took on the form of a full-length theatrical film now known as Moana 2.

According to Deadline, the Moana 2 trailer received 178 million views in the 24 hours since its online debut, beating out the previous records held by Inside Out 2, Frozen 2, and Incredibles 2. This means it became Disney's most-watched trailer for an animated movie. Viewership numbers were collected from YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. In addition to the staggering number of online views, the trailer has been met with mostly positive reception and enthusiasm for the upcoming sequel.

Grand Theft Auto VI | Trailer 2

While Rockstar's "HD" era of GTA has had fewer moments like this, there has still been the occasional character appearance to tie GTA 4 and GTA 5 together. For instance, GTA 4's Johnny Klebitz - a member of The Lost Motorcycle Club who was also the main protagonist in that game's The Lost and the Damned DLC - appears as one of Trevor's business partners before the two have a brutal falling out. Therefore, there's a possibility that characters from GTA 5 could interact with Lucia and Jason in GTA 6, even if they're not one of the main three protagonists.

With Grand Theft Auto 6 confirmed to be targeting a 2025 release date, hopefully, players will get another look at its story soon, even though it's unlikely that Rockstar will reveal any cameos prior to the game's launch. Until then, JANTSUU's trailer creates enough of an idea of what chaos could ensue should Michael, Trevor or Franklin arrive in Leonida.

Predator is a 1987 American science fiction action film directed by John McTiernan and written by brothers Jim and John Thomas. It is the first installment in the Predator franchise. It stars Arnold Schwarzenegger as the leader of an elite paramilitary rescue team on a mission to save hostages in guerrilla-held territory in a Central American rainforest, who encounter the deadly Predator (Kevin Peter Hall), a technologically advanced alien who stalks and hunts them down.

Predator was written in 1984 under the working title of Hunter. Filming ran from March to June 1986 with creature effects devised by Stan Winston; the budget was around $15 million. 20th Century Fox released the film on June 12, 1987, in the United States, where it grossed $98.3 million. Initial reviews were mixed, but the film has since been reappraised as a classic of the action genre.

The success of Predator spawned a media franchise of films, novels, comic books, video games, and toys. It spawned three direct sequels: Predator 2 (1990), Predators (2010) and The Predator (2018), and an upcoming installment in preproduction. A crossover with the Alien franchise produced the Alien vs. Predator films, which include Alien vs. Predator (2004) and Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007).

There's a new crew of monsters at Seabrook High, and this time, they're not taking no for an answer. Zed and Addison have to deal with the newcomers but this proves to be a challenge for Zed, who has just started fitting in with the humans. Zed and Addison face a new challenge and manage to put their differences aside, but Seabrook and Zombietown aren't on the same page. Disney Channel’s "Zombies 2" comes fully loaded with a brand new soundtrack, amazing dance moves, and a unique band of exciting actors. In the earlier days of Seabrook, settlers fought off a group of werewolves from a moonstone that they have since kept hidden underground. In the present, time has passed since Seabrook and Zombietown settled their differences. Zed plans to ask Addison to the prawn, while Addison works to become the new cheer captain when Bucky steps down to become president. Due to a road incident caused by Zed's prawnposal, the bus carrying the cheerleaders crashes into the nearby forbidden forest; Addison and the cheer team see the werewolves. When they get back to Seabrook, the whole town freaks, and the mayor reinstates the anti-monster laws. This notably means that the zombies cannot go to prawn. Zed realizes if he runs for president, he can change things for both the zombies and werewolves.

Wednesday is an American coming-of-age supernatural comedy horror television series based upon the character Wednesday Addams from The Addams Family. Created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, it stars Jenna Ortega as the title character, with Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez, Gwendoline Christie, Riki Lindhome, Jamie McShane, Fred Armisen, and Christina Ricci appearing in supporting roles. Four out of the eight episodes are directed by Tim Burton, who also serves as executive producer. It revolves around the titular character, who attempts to solve a monster mystery at her school.

Burton was previously associated with two Addams Family-related projects: the 1991 film, which he passed on, and a cancelled stop-motion animated film. In October 2020, he was reported to be helming a television series, which was later given a series order by Netflix. Filming took place in Romania between September 2021 and March 2022. Wednesday premiered on November 16, 2022, and was released on Netflix on November 23 to generally positive reviews from critics, who praised Ortega's performance but found some similarities to CW dramas. Within two weeks of release, it became the third-most watched English-language Netflix series.

World War Z is a 2013 American action horror film directed by Marc Forster, with a screenplay by Matthew Michael Carnahan, Drew Goddard, and Damon Lindelof, from a story by Carnahan and J. Michael Straczynski, based on the 2006 novel of the same name by Max Brooks. The film stars Brad Pitt as Gerry Lane, a former United Nations investigator who travels the world gathering clues to find a way to stop a zombie pandemic.[12] The ensemble supporting cast includes Mireille Enos, Daniella Kertesz, James Badge Dale, Matthew Fox, Ludi Boeken, Fana Mokoena, David Morse, Peter Capaldi, Pierfrancesco Favino, Ruth Negga, and David Andrews.

Pitt's Plan B Entertainment secured the film rights in 2007; Straczynski was approached to write and Forster was approached to direct. In 2009, Carnahan was hired to rewrite the script. Filming began in July 2011 in Malta, on an estimated $125 million budget, before moving to Glasgow in August 2011 and Budapest in October 2011. Originally set for a December 2012 release, the production suffered some setbacks. In June 2012, the film's release date was pushed back, and the crew returned to Budapest for seven weeks of additional shooting. Damon Lindelof was hired to rewrite the third act, but did not have time to finish the script, and Drew Goddard was hired to rewrite it. The reshoots took place between September and October 2012, ballooning the budget to a reported $190 million, although some publications have listed it as high as $269 million.

After the two films, game publisher Midway filed for bankruptcy. Warner Bros., having become the parent of New Line Cinema in 2008 (after over a decade of both operating as separate divisions of Time Warner), made a bid to purchase most of Midway's assets, including Mortal Kombat. In June 2009, Kasanoff and Threshold sued in bankruptcy court, arguing that they owned the copyright to many of the characters from the series.

The film follows the Egyptian god Horus, who partners with a mortal Egyptian thief, on a quest to rescue his love and to save the world from Set.

Filming took place in Australia under the film production and distribution company Summit Entertainment in conjunction with Thunder Road Pictures and Proyas' production company Mystery Clock Cinema. While the film's production budget was $140 million, the parent company Lionsgate's financial exposure was less than $10 million due to tax incentives and pre-sales. The Australian government provided a tax credit for 46% of the film's budget. When Lionsgate began promoting the film in November 2015, it received backlash for its predominantly white cast playing Egyptian deities. In response, Lionsgate and director Proyas apologized for ethnically inaccurate casting.

Star Trek 4 is the working title for an American science fiction film in development at Paramount Pictures, based on the television series Star Trek by Gene Roddenberry. It is intended to be the fourteenth film in the Star Trek film franchise and the fourth installment in the reboot series. There have been several different iterations of the film in development since 2015.

Development of a new Star Trek film following Star Trek Beyond (2016) was revealed before the release of that film, with J. D. Payne and Patrick McKay writing. In December 2017, Quentin Tarantino pitched his own idea for a new Star Trek film to producer J. J. Abrams, and development began separately from the Beyond sequel. S. J. Clarkson was hired to direct the latter in April 2018, but negotiations with stars Chris Pine and Chris Hemsworth ended that August with the actors leaving the project. Noah Hawley was hired in November 2019 to write and direct a new version of the franchise. Tarantino revealed in January 2020 that he had decided not to direct his Star Trek film. Hawley's version was placed on hold that August to allow Paramount to decide on the best direction for the franchise. Kalinda Vazquez was set to write the script for a new film based on her own original idea in March 2021, while a separate script was developed by Lindsey Beer and Geneva Robertson-Dworet. Matt Shakman was hired to direct the latter film in July, and the script was being re-written by Josh Friedman and Cameron Squires in November. Negotiations for the return of Pine and the rest of the main cast from the reboot series began in February 2022. The film is scheduled for release on December 22, 2024.

Mad Max is an Australian post-apocalyptic action film series and media franchise created by George Miller and Byron Kennedy. THE ACOLYTE Teaser (2024) With Dafne Keen & Keanu Reeves The Acolyte is an upcoming American television series created by Leslye Headland. It is part of the Star Wars franchise, set at the end of the High Republic era before the events of the main Star Wars films. Amandla Stenberg and Lee Jung-jae star in the leading roles. Headland expressed interest in working on the Star Wars franchise by the end of 2019, and was developing a new series for Lucasfilm by April 2020. The series title was announced in December, while filming began in October 2022 and wrapped in early June 2023. The eight-episode series is scheduled to be released on Disney+ in 2024.
