The Incredible & Valuable Meaning of a pair of Chopsticks - A lesson every Chinese must learn:
Whenever we are having a pair of chopsticks for our meals, remember the vast meaning of a 5,000 year old meaning of this pair of chopsticks.
Itโs length is 7.6 inch long. It represents the seven emotions and the six sensory pleasures. The seven emotions are Happiness, Anger, Grief, Joy, Sorrow, Fear abd Worry. The six sensory pleasures are Eyesight, Hearing, Smell, Taste, Touch and Thought. These represent our physiological needs.
The chopsticks come in pairs. It represents the Ying & Yang balancing forces in the universe.
What about the five fingers that are holding the chopsticks? They represents the five elements in nature. They are Gold, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth.
The pair of chopsticks have a round end and a square end. They represents Heaven & Earth. Our five fingers are in between both ends of chopsticks. It represents Man. This represents the triple balanced combination of Heaven, Earth and Man!
Using a pair of chopsticks is an art. You wonโt be able to open up the chopsticks if too much strength is used. You canโt hold a piece of food if you donโt use enough strength. This teaches us the value of moderation. It teaches us the limitation of speech and actions; to be well mannered and be courteous; to know the complexity of things in the universe is as high as the sky & as deep as the ocean.
All Chinese should feel proud of our 5,000 years old of traditional culture. Do feel free to explain to your friends sitting next to you during a gathering & explain unique meaning of a pair of chopsticks. Let this message spread like wild fire! ๐๐๐

The International Bowling Federation (IBF) was founded in 1952 in Hamburg Germany. Since then, the first ever Gold Medal for Malaysia was won in Dubai on 23rd November 2021 by the senior doubled team comprising Sandrasegary Periasamy and Michelle Wong with Sandrasegaryโs brilliant finish helping secure the win against Germany. There was however no media coverage although it made news elsewhere simply sad really. <3 :(

He and his ministers were able to accomplish this feat due to *NATION BUILDING* strategies and policies which were: 1. encourage immigration of human talents via meritocracy, 2. exemplary punishment for corrupt administrators, 3. less taxation for citizens compared to neighbouring kingdoms, 4. opening up agriculture lands by building canals, 5. strong military and a few other lessons.

I, *Ho Chin Soon* ไฝๆฏ้กบ, was born in 1957 and grew up as a *Gangster* at 143-J, the 4-story flat at *Rifle Range Road, Penang* that has a badminton court and Batu Gantung cemetery in the backyard. The Mapping Company, HoChinSoonResearch started in late 1988, the year my son and boss *Ishmael Ho* ไฝๆ้ was born.
