Hello Beautiful Being of Light!

Here's a little weekend time out.... In the end it is all about energy is it not? and our names certainly carry energy... and.... our energy effects our light....
Oh my word, this is going to be fun! And what a fun way to bring positive energy into our life too by affirming the best intentions be abundantly delivered! This not only speaks to a little me-time fun but it also brings our awareness to the attraction of abundance using our names. I just think this is incredibly supportive to the name energy we own.
So my letter is C. At first I thought a positive C-word, ok, and for a moment I went blank. Then I rested on CREATIVITY. It may not seem a positive word in many senses but for me it was perfect.
Bringing the Creativity back into our lives creates greater flow, surrendering into that awesome flow and allowing wonderful, incredible shifts to take shape.
I have had so much fun selecting words when I think of my family, friends, acquaintances and more. It was just a fun excursion, and no, these words were not for them, it was just a little fun.
In fact if you choose a word for each letter would you create a word puzzle to celebrate yourself?
Hope you have fun and joy finding positive words that resonate with you, and perhaps you can find more than 1!

And, remember, what you put out comes back to you. 🥰

And what happens when we watch these TV “programs”?
We are PROGRAMMED to believe the content.

Do you know someone who is constantly watching the news and in a constant state of Fight or Flight as a result?

I had a client that only watched a popular 3letter newscast and he was like this. He did work full time, but in his off time, instead of playing with his grandkids or enjoying life, he was GLUED to the tv and reacting to all the hype. His nervous system was blown to bits as he watched the constant war stories and reported them to me during our every session.

This client, unsurprisingly, went on to develop ALS and died within a year of his diagnosis, despite my greatest efforts to pull him away from the fearmongering TV programming. A poor nutrition diet with no fruits and his only vegetable was from salsa did contribute to this. But his diet for his mind, I believe was the spearhead of his untimely early death in his early 50’s. Your diet is not only what you eat, but also what you see, hear, think about and believe to be true.

The moral of this is to take care with your programming. There are plenty of educational and positive mindset channels out there for you to find and enjoy viewing in moderation.
