The game features Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees against the Tigers. Thomas Gamba, Owen Heffron and Pepper Persley have the call. Another great camp success story! Johnny Gadamowitz has joined the Brooklyn Cyclones Broadcast team! They are the New York Mets High A affiliate. Johnny is a 2023 Syracuse University graduate who went to Harborfields High School in Long Island. He spent 3 years with us - one as a Rookie; one as a Veteran; one as an Intern. Good young broadcaster - even better person! Janet and I are so proud of you - and so happy for you, Johnny!

We did our first Spring Training together in 1998 and now 26 years later - we are still a “team” for NBC New York! Thanks to my cameraman and kindred spirit, Jimmy Roberts for his incredible work and unwavering friendship. We crisscrossed Florida three times over ten days, going from Port St. Lucie to Tampa - from New York Mets to New York Yankees and he never missed a beat. Thank you JRO - you are the best!

Our former campers are crushing it in the New England Collegiate Baseball League. Tonight’s game at Mackenzie Stadium in Holyoke, Massachusetts features Jeremy Goldstein, who is calling the play-by-play for the Valley Blue Sox and Aiden Blanc, who is handling the play-by-play for the Bristol Blues. Also working in the league are Adam Fife, who is handling analytics for the Martha's Vineyard Sharks and two other play-by-play guys: Jake Baskin of the UV Nighthawks and Kyle DeSantis, who is calling the action for the Danbury Westerners Baseball! Good luck guys - incredibly proud of all of you!

The fifth year of the is in the books! This was my 20th consecutive year hosting or co-hosting a Sports Broadcasting camp. It never gets old. It is such a privilege and pleasure to mentor the next generation of Sports Broadcasters! Thanks to an amazing staff and a wonderful group of kids! What an honor!

16 young women in the camp this summer - our best enrollment ever. And today Sarah Kustok of YESNetwork had a chance to meet with them to discuss the fascinating sports broadcasting industry! She discussed lots of life lessons too!

It was an amazing day at our 2021 virtual camp as the “Polar Bear,” Pete Alonso paid a visit via zoom! The New York Mets slugger talked baseball, broadcasting and relationships. Pete also answered a ton of questions for our excited Rookie Campers! What a wonderful session!
