🩵 Leaving toxic relationships is one of the most difficult tasks. But be aware that they cannot only make you mentally but also physically sick. Change the people around you & listen to your inner voice.

Burn Out ❌Due to our society that puts a lot of pressure on us more and more people suffer from chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety and more endless symptoms that come with a burn out 🤯Pressure to perform due to endlessly high expectations of ourselves and perfectionism make us sick. We don’t take enough time to pay attention to ourselves and often no longer know who we really are, what we like to do & what is good for us. ‼️Your value has nothing to do with your performance. You can slow down. You’re allowed to say no. You don’t need to have the best grade or the best result everywhere. It’s enough to still be good with less effort and have time to take care of yourself and it pays off in the form of satisfaction and better mental health. Take good care of yourself ❤️
Traveling is my therapy, my highest expression of self-love and my greatest tool to grow. Especially solo-traveling is challenging & exciting and makes you learn so much about yourself, different cultures, countries & our beautiful nature 💚💚💚Sometimes people think they know better what’s good for you. But only you know what’s best for your life because you create your future 🦋✨Be always careful & check where advice is coming from and if whether people really want the best for you. Sometimes they advise us against things because they would never dare to try them or they would feel worse if you broke the boundaries and built your dream life, simply because they also want to break away from norms but don’t have the courage. Sometimes we don’t know how to leave negative loops inside our head, especially when we’re alone at home & trying to change our thoughts but it doesn’t work. You need to take quick decisions & immediately do something else in order to overcome the situation. What helps me is to take action, stand up, doing different things to distract myself and focus on positive things I’m thankful for. Embrace positivity 🌈 You are more than your thoughts. Remember that your thoughts are just dark clouds & you know that beyond the clouds the sky is blue 🌌 Focus on positive things, be the wind that blows the clouds away and make it possible to see the sun ✨ Your star is always shining. Your soul is always shining.
