In this Episode we're talking about why we’re keep choosing the same partners over and over again, especially when it comes to not choosing equal partners, because it feels safe to have a partner on a lower level regarding his/her areas of life in order to be not left for a „better“ person.

Relationship patterns can be very complex and can have diverse origins that are difficult to dissolve and heal. A potential origin could be a particular situation in your past like relationships, your childhood and other experiences that caused you to believe certain things about yourself that influence your relationship choices. So it is crucial to analyze and work with your core beliefs about yourself if you would like to heal and break your relationship patterns.

Die erste deutsche Folge ist draußen! Ich quatsche mit meinem besten Freund Benji und es geht ums Thema Angststörung, psychosomatische Beschwerden und Panikattacken.
Leider wird immer noch viel zu wenig drüber gesprochen, obwohl viele Menschen davon betroffen sind.
Sich mit sich selber auseinanderzusetzen, seine Probleme mutig anzugehen und sich professionelle Hilfe zu suchen, sollte normalisiert werden. Du bist nicht gestört oder verrückt, wenn du zur Therapie gehst. Du bist nicht schwach oder lächerlich, wenn du zugibst, dass du mit dem einen oder anderen Thema zu kämpfen hast. Wir haben alle unsere kleinen und großen Baustellen und leider trauen sich manche Menschen nie, ihre Probleme anzugehen, Wunden zu heilen und sich den Herausforderungen des Lebens wirklich zu stellen.
Nur durch Selbstreflexion, Heilung und Vergebung kann man sich weiterentwickeln, alte Denkmuster & toxische Menschen loslassen und wirklich nachhaltig glücklich werden.
Falls ihr betroffen seid oder Menschen kennt, die betroffen sind und denen ein positiver Input und Tipps gut tun könnten, hört gern mal rein!

What is spirituality? ✨
To be spiritual we don't have to be nuns & monks and live piously in a monastery. Of course you can & I do have an immense respect. But what I mean is that spirituality has nothing to do with religion. I'm not religious, but I'm very spiritual. I am just a young woman on my journey, living in the western world who wants to live modern AND spiritual. Spirituality is something different for every person. But what we have in common is our spirit. The subtle, energetic level. We are all spiritual beings and have a spiritual level with which we perceive the external world 🌌

For me it is being connected to myself, being authentic, listening to my soul, connecting with my inner world, making decisions that are good for me & based on my intuition. It means to deal with myself and my issues, to connect, to strive to develop further, to heal and to grow. It is your spirit what remains when everything in the outside breaks away. Your values, your soul, your thoughts, your heart, your love, your safe inner harbor, your compassion, your way of being and thinking, your inner perspective, your faith.

Through our spiritual selves we are connected to everything.
We are connected to the higher intelligence of the omniscient universe. You are more than what you previously believed about yourself 🌌✨

Today we are talking about 3 of the biggest threats to our mental health & well-being: fear, anxiety & overthinking 💭🚨😱
Unfortunately many Peeps, as well as myself, are suffering from these 3 bad guys who make our lives difficult and exhausting & it is not that easy to work on them and to get professional help. Additionally, general knowledge about possible tools & how to apply them is missing. I am sharing some facts about fear & anxiety and my personal tools & protocols to stop overthinking.

You can do it-I believe in you. You are special and more than enough. You don't need to be scared, all the potential to overcome everything that makes your life difficult is already there! It's inside of you and you just need to discover it & treat it with love and patience. You are loved. You are safe. You are perfect the way you are. You are important. Thank you for being you!

🇪🇸 This pictures were taken in one of my favorite places in the world ❤️ I loooove to be in Spain, I just love the vibes, the sea and the Spanish peeps & the language! I started loving & learning Spanish in school, but since it was long ago, I forgot almost everything. Some years ago, I started to travel alone and I fell in love with solo traveling & intensively studying culture and language of any place I’m visiting. Since I travelled through (almost) whole Spain & connected with people, I can proudly say that by today I’m speaking Spanish fluently 🙌🏼❤️🇪🇸 Here I’ve been in Barcelona, Parc de la Ciutadella enjoying some sun & life 🤲🏼
Don’t forget to live every moment & enjoy your own, individual journey. Don’t forget that you are not trapped where you are. The world offers soooo many wonderful places, people, opportunities and things to discover that you have (yet) no idea of. Go out. Explore. Leave your comfort zone. Try new things. Make weekend trips. A beautiful life is waiting for you. Do your thing. Don’t be afraid to shine. Give less f***s about what other people think. They anyway are mostly busy with themselves, thinking of what others think about them. Be you. You are right the way you are. You are special. You don’t need to please others.

Fitting for our last episode of the year I’m sharing 5 things you could include in your new morning routine of 2024 🤗 My morning routine is to stand up at least 1 hour earlier to have time for myself and to take care of my 4 areas of life: mindset, heartset, soulset and healthset. I’m doing it in a special way,I am using the 20-20-20 method. After a short morning meditation I do 20 min healthset, means exercising/yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ Followed by 20 mins mindset/ heartset/soulset/ means journaling, setting goals and a positive intention for the day that’s waiting for me, practicing forgiveness, gratefulness and meditation 🤲🏼 The remaining 20 minutes I am spending with education, so reading, studying, practicing languages or just to inform myself about things I’m interested in to learn something new📚💡I’m also having a tasty and healthy (vegan) breakfast to nourish my body and soul 🌱🥰✨

We are living in a world where greed destroys our sense of community and our planet. You’re gonna leave this world not able to take anything with you. Material possessions are not saying anything about you. They will not bring you happiness as long as you don’t have it in your heart. No matter if you have more or less. You have always enough to be happy. A loving heart and soul matters. Your intentions matter. Whatever you do, do it with a good intention. Do it with love. Help each other. Share without expecting something in return. Think about the impact of your daily decisions. Every sentient being deserves peace, love and protection 🤲🏼 For people, animals & our planet. 🌎❤️

Your life is the result of all your decisions you took in your past. And your decisions of today are determining your today and tomorrow. Go and start to live your dream life. Take decisions. Even no decision, is a decision-the decision to not change anything. Be brave, you can do it! Your soul tells you what’s good for you. Listen to it! ✨🔮❤️
