You’re spending too much time curating and batching content from your episodes 😕
Here are some tips to help you, let me explain:
1. Having a written transcript can help you filter through the episode and even use AI to create content for you. It’s a valuable tool, not a replacement for you!
2. This one relates to number one. Asking AI for key takeaways helps you gather your thoughts instead of working with a three-page transcript. Once you have your key takeaways, you can start brainstorming different ways to showcase them.
3. My favorite planner has been the Meta-business planner. It has improved so much, and now you can customize captions on Facebook and Instagram, as well as schedule different posting times on those platforms.
4. This one may seem silly, but I’ve wasted so much time when I’ve exported a lot of content from Canva. Since I’ve started tiling my different content pieces within a project, it’s been much easier to export and keep track of it all.

Okay deal, let’s get to work!
1. Work on finding your target audience - using hashtags, following ideal viewers, interacting with those people, building your email list by lead magnets + there’s so much more but that’s a start 😅
2. ANALYZE what you already have!!! You probably have some much content you can pull from to batch MONTHS of content, truly months.
3. Pick a posting schedule that works for YOU. It doesn’t have to be everyday, but whatever you choose.. stick to it!
4. COLLABORATE… this is a big one not enough people do. 🫣me included hehe it’s sometimes hard to find who is the *right* person to collab with, finding the time, whatever it may be BUT finding podcasts with similar audiences and being a guest/offering they be a guest on your show can bring sooo much visibility to your show. And when you do get those opportunities, be sure you make the most out of promoting it!!

I love finding little ways to make things more accessible for everyone in the podcast world and here’s a super simple one! Another way could be to add audio to black screen on a free video editing software or even screen recording audio and extracting it as the audio!! Simple + easy hacks 💌
I’ve been so happy to be able to answer this question for a few people the last couple of weeks! Having audio clips from your podcast are just as valuable as video clips if they’re done in the right way. Not everyone can have a video podcast when they are starting out, and that’s okay!! Don’t let that hold you back from sharing your amazing content in ways that give people a teaser into what your show is about. 💌

One of my clients is in the food industry and they often run sales and other promotions — I love being able to add little things like this incorporated into their content to add a little animation on their posts while staying consistent in their visual identity!
