Battlestate Games made several changes to Escape From Tarkov quests in the latest wipe on June 29, 2022 for Patch 0.12.12.30, including the Collector, Tarkov Shooter Part 8 and Shooter Born in Heaven, among many other Kappa-required quests.

The EFT Community told BSG specific rounds weren't working effectively at range this wipe. Today they announced a bug fix dealing with that issue. More on what ammunition works well at range here.
