I’m 43 today! For starters, I am willing to let go of things that are beyond my control. As a control freak, this is a very difficult thing to do. But I’ve learned to just let go and not stress over the little details or when things don’t go my way. This comes with age!
I’m blessed to see my twin girls going to graduate middle school this year. To see how much they have changed and matured. Most importantly, to discover their interests in books or fashion and music. I love bonding over thrift shopping. How they can guide us elders lol!!!
Last year I incorporated my business after 7 years. It was a daunting task because who wants change? The time and effort required and what are the benefits? After it was complete, I fully understand and see my business differently. That’s why this year, I was more hungry and more ambitious with pitching my ideas. Be bold and don’t be afraid with losses. We can’t win on everything but when we do, it’s all so delicious!
Finally, I can’t be my best without my talented wife by my side. Always rooting for me when I am down and cheering when I have my wins! Of course, she took my portrait. I wouldn’t trust any other person on this planet.
