Wow, what an amazing event 🤩

At Tuesday’s Q***rNext Copenhagen meetup, we hosted our very first panel discussion, and it was a huge success! Ninna, , and Caroline joined our co-founder to discuss and share insights on building impactful employee networks 🚀.

Here are our three key takeaways:

💬 Open and frequent discussions on DEI can significantly reduce the likelihood of discrimination in the workplace. It's about creating an environment where respect and understanding are the norms.

📄 The cornerstone of fighting discrimination is a robust Anti-Discriminatory Policy—a blueprint for building a culture of respect. It's about setting clear expectations, outlining behaviors, and detailing the process for addressing issues.

🌱 Empowerment doesn't always come from the top; it can start with you, regardless of your position. Bystander mediation allows anyone to step up, speak out, and support their colleagues, proving that change can start with any one of us.
