At WalkGood, we always want to make sure that we are intentionally using our breath. While we breathe for ourselves, let’s collectivly breathe for those who have been taken from with us again to racial injustice. There is no sugar coating it. Time and time again black people have been treated unfairly and killed for simply just being. We are hurting with the world right now. We can’t imagine what the city of Buffalo is feeling right now but let’s collectively and intentionally breathe for the city of Buffalo, pray for the families who have lost a loved one. It might all seem to much to bare, but you are not alone.

it almost seems like every day we are faced with trauma with every scroll on our timeline, every flip of the channel, conversations we might have amongst ourselves, but now more than ever we must rely on each other.
