Instagram seems to be rolling out a game-changing feature that content creators have been BEGGING for: the ability to send Reels previews to friends/colleagues for feedback before posting!

While I don't have access to this feature on my account yet, I've spotted it in some client accounts I manage. This is huge for anyone who:

✨ Creates client content and needs approval
✨ Collaborates with a team on social strategy
✨ Just wants a second opinion before hitting 'share'
✨ Suffers from posting anxiety (we've all been there!)

Let me tell you about Britt from Merit Media Inc. - the woman who showed up to a conference/networking event... handing out stickers.

Not business cards.
Not QR codes.
STICKERS.

She was walking around laughing about her massive sticker collection and how she thought it would be a good ice breaker - "like when we were kids."

Here's the thing: I ALSO have a ridiculous sticker collection that I rarely mention in professional settings. So of course, we instantly connected over this shared quirk.

In a room full of women, I might never have had a meaningful conversation with Britt if she hadn't been brave enough to show up as her authentic self - slightly quirky sticker enthusiasm and all.

Since that event, we've developed a genuine friendship that goes beyond business.

The lesson here? When you show up authentically, you connect with YOUR people. The ones who get you. The ones who'll become loyal clients, meaningful collaborators, or in this case, IRL friends.

Sure, you might not resonate with everyone. But would you rather connect deeply with a few or superficially with many?

Who else's house is feeling a bit like a chaotic backdrop to your business life? 🙋‍♀️

Our family just started the '10 a Day May' challenge - each day we commit to finding 10 items to donate, sell, or toss. That's 310 (per person) worth of fewer things cluttering our space by month's end!

As a business owner who works from home (and often creates content here!), I'm finding that clearing physical clutter is connected to mental clarity for my work. Less stuff = more brain space!
