Leeds United produced probably their best performance of the season to hammer Norwich City 4-0 at Elland Road, booking their spot in the playoff final at Wembley. For now, let's just enjoy that.

Norwich City 0-0 Leeds United. Dull game, but a vast improvement for Leeds in terms of structural solidity and defensive play. A draw in the away leg is never a bad result. Now all eyes on Elland Road.

Leeds v Southampton is basically a dead rubber. Ipswich will not lose to Huddersfield, even Huddersfield fans will be cheering for Ipswich. Leeds need a good performance though, to restore confidence ahead of the playoffs.

We've f'd it. 4-0 defeat at QPR. Playoffs for us. Zero chance that Coventry beat Ipswich. It is impossible. Absolutely impossible.

Middlesbrough 3-4 Leeds. That's enough stress for any week. Now, QPR away and if Leeds win there is a great chance of automatic promotion. Anything other than a win and it's probably done.

We said Leeds had to win at home to Blackburn if they were to get into the Top 2. Leeds United 0-1 Blackburn Rovers. Oh dear.

Leeds 0-0 Sunderland. Bad result. Ipswich 0-0 Watford, Millwall 1-0 Leicester means we sort of got away with it. The finances did not get away with the terrible running of the club during seasons 2 and 3 in the Premier League. Blackburn at home next.

Leeds United produced an uninspiring performance to lose 2-1 away at Coventry City. Leicester won, putting them top with a game in hand. However, Ipswich also lost so there is still only a point in it.
Still all to play for despite the defeat.

Leeds United won 3-1 against Hull City. Leicester also won. Ipswich won in the 97th minute for what feels like the 50th time this season. It's going right to the wire.

Leeds had an excellent 2-0 win at Sheffield Wednesday. Leicester only drew at Hull City. Ipswich lost late on at Cardiff. Southampton also won, but that is still a great weekend for Leeds.

The run of wins was always going to end eventually, but that was a particularly annoying way for it to happen. Leeds getting dragged into a very scrappy game and just not showing enough quality to get the win. On to Stoke at Elland Road on Tuesday.

Leeds United continued their amazing 2024 with a 2-0 win away at Plymouth. Southampton's defeat on Tuesday night means Leeds are now second without waiting on other teams to play. Great position to be in. Small matter of Leicester City at home to come now.

Leeds United absolutely hammered Swansea City, the 0-4 scoreline only flattering the home side as Leeds could easily have had more. Southampton lost, so Leeds are second. People are starting to feel confident.

Leeds United have had a great start to the year, and have got much closer to the second automatic promotion place, as well as progressing in the FA Cup. Next up, Rotherham at home. An easy win, but we've thought that before.
